Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description from brick or brick walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete, type B1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in lintels upto 1.5m span, cills steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, copings, bed plates, and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including formworks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately

S&F for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No8 above here-in-before but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Shortcreting 25MM thick in RCC Columns,beams and slabs etc in layers with approved design mix (Minimum cement content of 350 Kg/Cum on M-30) Concrete having the specified minimum characterstic compressive strength (with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregte of 10mm Maximumsize in proportion as per design criteria) including the cost of centering and shuttring at edges and corners etc as directed by Engineer-in-charge including chipping of unsound/weak concrete material 25mm average thickness from slab,beams,columns etc with manual chisel and/or by standered power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcment with wire brushes and throughtly washing with water and allowing it to dry etc including removal of rust by applying approved rust removal chemical and the coating with epoxy zinc primer@ 6sqm/ltr at DFT of 100 Microns as per specifications and disposal of debries for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L repair to damage RCC columns/Beam/Slab/parapet by using micro mortar and concrete in Following Stage :- (a) Removing the following mortar and loose concrete from RCC elements. (b) Cleaning the rusted reinforcements and applying rust removal. (c) Inserting the additional reinforcements in cape the coves sectional area reduction in more than 20 percent welding the reinforcement with existing area and supporting adequate on walls if reqiurd with grout. (d) Providing micro morter and concrete over bond coat to cover the reinforcements and slet surface. (e) Providing adequate from wave and scafolding if required. (f) Curing the surface. Note :- (i) Rust removal, bonding agent, grout, micro morter and concrete and related chemicals shall be make of Dr Fixit/BASF / STP (ii) Work is to be got executed from authorised applications and company. (iii) steel measured and paid separately

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick (minimum size 55cm x 55cm) laid over and including 15 mm thick screed base in cement mortar (1:6) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 sq. m but n.exc 4.0 sq. m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Forming jambs, etc. to openings , including cutting, toothing and properly bonding into old work, also facing, jointing and pointing to match existing work, complete and new work built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectengular) area of each tile exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc 0.11 Sqm in floor over and including 15 mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for joint free glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350 X 250 X 7 mm / 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting / dados over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 4.8 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square exc 0.5 Sq. m in each pane with solar control film 25 micron reflective type sticked to glass panes as per instructions of manufacturers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 Sq.m and n.exc 2 Sqm each and refixing in same opening all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Repair and overhauling to the reduction gear system at clarififlocular of bridge ratio 40/1 KA complete with replacement of Slip ring, 2 HP motor 3 phase 415 volts including replacement of spare parts such as 'V' belts, chain, gear starter ,bearing,rollers of etc and filling of oil etc including welding work and lathe work for rolling wheel as required and making canopies to the pump and motors of MS sheet not less than 2mm thick to protect from rain/head etc including two coat of synthetic enamalled painting(Size & shape decided by Engineer-In-Charges) complete all as specified Note: The Scope of work deemed to be inclusive all minor spares parts necessary to make the machine in satisfactory work order.

M &L for Repairing/replacement unserviceable parts of existing flow/discharge meter including replacement of 6"dia gauge 1000 GL/Hrs marked 0-250 for rate of flow in m3/Hr and connecting with wire and float including piainting with two coats of symathetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of old steel surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for removal/Scrapping of old paint grease etc. from the entire Filteration plant at Old Pump House/clear water pump house including removal of all dust and rust by scrapping etc.from all the metalic parts viz plateform,panel, girders, structure, side ralling including inside/outside filtration plant railling,stairs all nuts and bolts etc.completeand applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints or aluminium paints over a coat of red oxide. Shades/colour of paints will be as directed by the Engr -in Charge.

M&L for Repairing to electric panel system including replacement of indicator lamps, ammeter 0-10Amp size 4"x4"-1 No, Voltmeter and new DOL starter , 3phase 415 volts including welding work and two coats of symthetic enamel spray paint over a red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out pump and motor from its foundation and complete demolation the previous foundation, construct the new RCC fundation using Cement concrete mass concrete ( 1:2:4,type B1 ) , Rainforcement for concrete 08 mm -6.5 KG ,10 mm and above 90 kg , foundation bolts size 12 mm and 200 mm long -06 Nos,Formwork to sides of concrete foundations-1.62 Sqm,Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) in Foundations-0.94 Cum,Rendering 10mm thick - 1.62-Sqm and (White washing & Color washing) on wall-1.62 Sqm all as specified and directed by Engineer In Charge.

Taking out centrifugal pump 75 HP Capacity from its foundation duly decoupling the suction and delivery lines. Transporting the pump to Civil workshop.
