FLOORING: Providing and fixing in position Wood Polymer Composite (WPC) Flooring with virgin polymer planks of sizes 8mm thick, 1210mm length (minimum) and 100mm width (minimum) in approved colour, texture and finish having density 1500 kg/m3 ( make -Alstone or equivalent) . The flooring shall be fixed with tongue and groove interlocking system with underlayment of 3mm thick expanded polyethylene foam sheets of 40 GSM, over prepared surface with necessary T-profile beading at the door and quarter round profile on the edges and wherever required of make Alstone or equivalent with necessery materials all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of work station desk in L shape of size 4300mm (L) x 750mm (D) x 750mm (H). The work station shall be made with 19mm plywood for structure purpose and 19mm block board for shutters and drawers. The ply shall be of 710 grade BWP Ply and Block board shall be of 1659 grade of make Diamond Ply/Greenply or equivalent. The exposed portion of work station shall be finished with 4mm natural veneer of make Indo prime/ Greenply and equivalent with melamine matt polish. There will be a provision of drawer at two places in work station of size 450mm width, 600mm height and 500mm depth. The drawer shall be provided with necessary telescopic channel (Normal) of 500mm, SS handles 75mm and locking arrangement for all the drawers. The drawer shall be provided with 0.70mm inner laminate (off white) of make Indoprime/Greenlam or equivalent with all other necessary materials and hardwares complete as per the approved drawing and the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of wall panelling/cladding at all height with 12mm Ply (710 Grade, BWP, Termite proof) of make Diamond Ply/Greenply or equivalent fixed with necessary SS screws, etc. The top surface of ply shall be finished with charcoal louvers of size 2400mm length and 125mm width (minimum) of make Maria Décor/Vivre or equivalent including fixing the same with necessery adhesive such as Fevicol/Zurich etc . all complete as per the approved design ,drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of wall panelling/cladding at all height with 0.7mm thick PVC panelling of make Vox/Vesoom and equivalent, pasted with Heatx adhesive and silicon of Fevicol or equivalent . There will be a electrical arrangement of 1 no of 6 modular plate, 1 no of 6 modular board, 2 nos of sockets and 2 nos of switches with necessary wires and cable arrangements of make Legrand or equivalent and the work shall be completed as per the approved design, drawing and the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of table made up with 19mm thick 710grade BWP ply of make Green ply/Diamond Ply or eqivalent of size 750mmx450mmx450mm(LxBxH). The table shall be finished with 12 mm thick solid acrylic surface (Avonite Green Ply/Henex/Corian/Duralax or equivalent) on all the faces of any colour and shade.The necessary fixing charges such as adhesive, nails ,screws etc are icluded in the cost complete as per drawing and the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of round table made up with 19mm thick 710grade BWP ply of make Green ply/Diamond Ply or eqivalent of size 450mm diameter. The table shall be finished with 12 mm thick solid acrylic surface (Avonite Green Ply/Henex/Corian/Duralax or equivalen) ) on top and side surface of any colour and shade. The table top will be supported on 03 nos. of leg and it shall be made with 304 grade S.S hollow square bar of size 50x50 mm and height 450 mm .The necessary fixing charges such as adhesive, nails ,screws et are included in the cost complete as per drawing and the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of work station desk in L shape of size 1800mm (L) x 750mm (D) x 750mm (H) mentioned in side-C (elevation detail) and 1200mm (L) x 450mm (D) x 700mm (H) mentioned in side-B (elevation detail). The work station shall be made with 19mm plywood for structure purpose and 19mm block board for shutters and drawers. The ply shall be of 710 grade BWP Ply and Block board shall be of 1659 grade of make Diamond Ply/Greenply or equivalent. The top surface shall be provided with 12 mm thick acrylic solid surface (Avonite/Henex/Dupont/Samsung or equivalent) of approved colour and shade and balance exposed portion of work station shall be finished with 4mm natural veneer of make Indo prime/ Greenply and equivalent with melamine matt polish. There will be a provision of drawer in work station of size 350mm (W) x 650mm (H) x 450mm (D) mentioned in side-C (elevation detail) and there will be a provision of 3 openable shutters of size 475mm (H) x 400mm (W) x 450mm (D) mentioned in side-B (elevation detail). The drawers shall be provided with necessary 450mm telescopic channel (Normal), 75mm SS handles and locking arrangement for all the drawers. The openable shutters shall be provided with necessary 0-degree auto-hinges (Normal), 75mm SS handles and locking arrangement for all the shutters. The drawers and shutters shall be provided with 0.70mm inner laminate (off white) of make Indoprime/Greenlam or equivalent. There will be a electrical arrangement of 1 no of 6 modular plate, 1 no of 6 modular board, 1 no of 2 modular plate, 1 no of 2 modular board, 2 nos of sockets, 2 nos of switches and 1 no of telephone socket and 1 no of LAN point with necessary wires and cable arrangements of make Legrand or equivalent and all other necessary materials and hardwares complete as per the approved drawing and the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of storage cabinate of size 3050mm (L) x 600mm (D) x 900mm (H). The storage cabinate shall be made with 19mm plywood for structure purpose and 19mm block board for shutters. The ply shall be of 710 grade BWP Ply and Block board shall be of 1659 grade of make Diamond Ply/Greenply or equivalent. The top surface shall be provided with 12 mm thick acrylic solid surface (Avonite/Henex/Dupont/Samsung or equivalent) of approved colour and shade and balance exposed portion of storage cabinate shall be finished with 4mm natural veneer of make Indo prime/ Greenply and equivalent with melamine matt polish. There will be provision of 6 openable shutters of size 400mm (W) x 800mm (H). The shutters shall be provided with 75mm SS handles and 9 degree auto hinges with locking arrangement for all the shutters. The shutters inner part shall be provided with 0.70mm inner laminate (off white) of make Indoprime/Greenlam or equivalent and all other necessary materials and hardwares complete as per the approved drawing and the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of TV unit of size 1900mm (W) x 2100mm (H) x 100mm (T). The TV unit shall be made of 19mm plywood of 710 grade BWP ply of make Greenply/Diamond or equivalent and top surface shall be provided with 4mm natural veneer of make Indoprime/Greenply and finished with melamine matt polish. The attached storage cabinate of size 1900mm (W) x 600mm (H) x 450mm (D) shall be made of 19mm plywood for structure and 19mm blockboard for shutters of 710 grade BWP of make Greenply/Diamond or equivalent. The top surface of the storage cabinate shall be provided with 4mm natural veneer of make Indoprime/Greenply or equivalent and finised with melamine matt polish. The inner surface of the shutter and storage cabinate shall be provide with 0.70mm inner laminate (off white) of make Indoprime/Greenlam or equivalent. The shutter shall be fixed with 0 degree SS auto-hinges and 75 mm SS handle on front side. The open shelf attached with TV unit of size 2050mm (W) x 300mm (D) x 50mm (T) shall be made of 19mm plywood of 710 grade BWP of make Greenply/Diamond or equivalent. The open shelf shall be provided with 12mm acrylic solid surface (Avonite/Henex/Dupont/Samsung or equivalent) of approved colour. There will be a electrical arrangement of 2 nos of 6 modular plate, 1 no of 2 modular plate, 4 nos of sockets, 4 nos of switches and 2 nos of LAN point and 1 no of 4 modular plate, 4 nos of switches with necessary wires and cable arrangements of make Legrand or equivalent with all other necessary materials and hardwares all complete as per the approved drawing and the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of open shelf structure above wall panelling of size 450mm (W) x 250mm (D) x 37.5mm (T) made of 19mm and 12mm Ply for structure of 710 Grade BWP of make Diamond Ply/Greenply or equivalent. All surfaces of the open shelf shall be provided with 4mm natural veneer of make Indoprime/Greenply or equivalent and finished with melamine matt polish and fixed with necessary SS screws, etc. including fixing the same with necessery adhesive as Fevicol/Zurich and all complete as per the approved drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of Infratop ceiling system made of Chlorine Ethylene with Poly Vinyl Chloride with double layer extrussion and digitally thermal printed matt finish of make VOX or equivalent. The ceiling shall be provided with ceiling plank size 3750mm x 300mm and corner J-trim profile size 25x25 mm of the same colour and same material as of ceiling on all the corner surfaces. The ceiling will be installed with GI sections and channels for structure. The Infratop ceiling systems shall be done after necessary preparation of exsting surface or dismenteling of existing celing materials. There will be a provision of profile light system with necessary drivers, wires of make Hybec/Phillips/Havells and all complete as per the approved drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing of decorative door made of 12mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, iwith DORMAKABA make die cast patch fitting with stainless steel cover PT 10,PT 20 , PT 24 ,US-10, . Dorma pull Handle TGDIH 450 back to back with 350mm CTC, adjustable fixing for glass , Length =450mm, 25mm dia, - SS304 Finish: mill , Dorma floor spring BTS 75V with std. spindle and cover plate. As per DIN EN 1154.(500,000 cyle tested ) , Finish: Satin stainless steel. Dorma floor stop half dome with 45mm dia with fixing accessories, in satin Chrome for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing of horizontal window blinds 50 mm slat width, 0.3mm(+/- 5%) slat thickness and 25mm ladder tape width of shade no. 7001 (American Basswood Chocolate) of make Livin or equivalent made with polymer based wooden grain polish shades, smooth surface, sanded and coated on both side edges all its accesories/ fixers such as runner,spacers,hangar,ball chain,tilt chain ,control unit set,clamps brass screws etc.complete as per the approved design and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of Sofa type Chairs as per the specification below and provided drawing. Sofa Type Chair Structure- Made of 19mm,12mm Ply (710 Grade, BWP, Termite proof) of make Diamond Ply/Greenply or equivalent and 6mm Flexo ply covered with 4 inch & 2 inch polyster foam (50 GSM) and 0.5 inch (22 GSM) for arm and back, 50mm and 15 mm (50 GSM) for seat of make Restwell or equivalent and finished with 100% polyster Fabric / leatherite washable cloth (Martin dale 30,000 rubs, width- 140 cm, Shade- 918) of make Sarom- Paramount or equivalent and wooden leg structure finished with buffers with necessery materials and all complete.

EXECUTIVE CHAIR:(Geeken/Godrej/Durian or equivalent) Supply and providing of a high back chair of model - JUPITER 1 with ergonomic design, comfortable & aesthetically appealing. The seat shall be made of 15mm thick hot pressed commercial plywood and the back shall be made of metal insert pipe frame padded with high resilience polyurethane foam 40mm thick having density 40kg/m³ in seat and 19mm thick having density 23kg/m³ in back. The same shall be upholstered with leatherite tapestry 0.8mm thick and 535 GSM. The backrest shall be made by keeping the natural curvature of the spine which helps to provide full back support as well as head support. The chair shall be supplied with chrome plated metal arm with black integral polyurethane top. For seating durability the chair shall have synchro knee tilt 360 degree revolving mechanism having four position locking and tilt tension adjustment with anti-shock feature which provides back strength for the chair. The pneumatic seat height adjustment for healthy seating, user can adjust seat height up to 65mm with BIFMA standard class-3 gas-lift to suit them using the lever under the seat. The gas-lift mechanism should be tested as per ANSI/BIFMA X5.1-2011 standards. The Pedestal should have five legged MS CRCA chrome plated having pitch circle dia. 660 mm fitted with 5 nos. twin wheel castors. The castors of the chair should be injection moulded in black 30% glass filled nylon, confirming to ANSI/BIFMA X5.1-2011 standard tested to perform 98,000 cycles with 250lbs load. The seat size shall be 480±10 mm(D) X 475±10 mm(W) and back size shall be 465±10 mm(W) X 700±10 mm(H) from seat. VISITOR & STAFF CHAIR:(Geeken/Godrej/Durian or equivalent) Supply and providing of visitor chair of model - KESSEL 6. The seat and back shall be made of molded PU paddded with high resilience polyurethane foam having density 40kg/m³ in seat and 32kg/m³ in back. The same shall be upholstered with leatherite tapestry 0.8mm thick and 535 GSM. The chair shall be supplied with chrome plated pipe frame arm with cushion top. The frame structure shall be cantilever support type made up of MS CRCA chrome plated tubular pipe having cross-section area 30mm X 15mm with 1.6mm thick. There shall be PPCP shoe provided at the base to avoid scratches on the floor. The seat size shall be 460±10 mm(D) X 480±10 mm(W) and back size shall be 480±10 mm(W) X 550±10 mm(H) from seat. Overall height shall be = 960±10 mm.
