Attending comprehensive repair and rectification work of 75 Ton Crawler Crane (TFC-280) bearing Sl. No. 280-1354 stationed at Rangat Bay, a scope that primarily includes troubleshooting and the rectification of the engine starting problem, including replacement of the magnetic starter switch, Magnetic Pick-Up Unit (MPU) for acceleration speed control, lubrication oil switch, air pressure gauge, engine oil safety switch, coolant safety switch, air filter and engine oil, along with checking the functioning of the alternator and air compressor, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC), the formal handover of any unused components to the Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO), and the performance of rigorous operational lifting and load testing as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (EIC) to eliminate risks of sudden engine stalling or structural breakdown. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of the cost of all specified spare parts, labour, tools and tackles, transportation, boarding and lodging of service personnel, freight, loading and unloading, GST and all incidental charges required for carrying out the above repair work at Rangat Bay.
