Supply and fixed in repair ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball (polythene float) complete, screwed suitable for 20mm bore iron pipe complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of ball valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply and fixed in repair gun metal, globe or gate valve (ISI marked), brass cast copper alloy, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends suitable for 20mm bore iron pipes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of gate valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply and fixing in replacement stop valve/angle valve cast copper alloy, fancy type, chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed both end for iron pipe or for brass ferrule 15mm bore complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply & fixing in replacement cromium plated shower rose 125mm size, with or without swivel joints, any size, including fixing to steel pipe or union complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing in repair 450 mm long PVC connection 15mm size with PTMT nuts complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank white colour of capacity 1000 litres (cylindrical vertical, triple layered with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position including making inlet and out let connection and fixing ball valve and gate valve including dismantling/taking down of existing unserviceable PVC water storage tanks of any description complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Float valve and gate valve shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only under appropriate item of BOQ.)

Supply and fixing in replacement bib tap cast copper alloy, chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle with capstan head, wall flange, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule 15mm bore complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply and fixing mixer valve 15mm bore, brass (cast copper alloy) chromium plated, mixer for mixing hot & cold water suitable for WHB or fixed to wall, screwed down for iron pipe 15mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of mixer valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply and fixing in replacement concealed stop valve/angle valve chromium plated, angular type, quarter turn, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipes or for unions for 15mm bore dia of pipe as per Cat part No. FON-40053 of jaquar or equivalent make mentioned in Appendix 'A' of PSS-II, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply & fixing in repair vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back of size 550mm x 400mm, including 32mm chromium plated waste coupling and PVC waste pipe including bracket and cutting for and pinning in end of bracket or erecting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repair Bottle trap of PTMT having minimum water seal of 25mm .(Minimum weight 32mm-260gms/ 40mm-270 gms) and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note :- The minimum weight shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping/packing around chequered tiles/interlocking tiles/PCC jalli/chowkhat & similar work etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing factory made plain framed panelled shutters (two panels as approved), 35mm thick of 2nd class hard wood with lock rail and panel inserts of 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rails and styles as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 and chemically pressure treated as per IS-401, including 2nd class soft wood kail beading 20mm wide tapering from 10mm to 5mm on one side and also fitted to chowkhat complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note : - (i) The sutters shall be brought at site without primer and same shall be applying at site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Primer shall be measured paid separately under appropriate item (painting) of BOQ.

Supply & fixing factory made glazed and skeleton shutter, 35mm thick of 2nd class hard wood open rebated (two panels as approved) and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc, without sash bars, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc. Sizes of members as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8 and fitted to chowkhats, menbers shall be kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 and chemically pressure treated as per IS-401 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note : - (i) The sutters shall be brought at site without primer and same shall be applying at site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Primer shall be measured paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ.

Supply and fixing factory made solid core PVC door shutter 30mm thick (stiles) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes of 19mm gauge thickness and size of 19mmx19mm for stiles and for top and bottom rails 15mmx15mm. MS frame shall have a coat of red oxide primer of approved make and shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC sheet, 'C' channel of size 30x50mm forming stiles and 5mm thick wide PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles, and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side and 10mm (5x2mm) thick, 20mm thick PVC sheet to be fitted in MS frame welded/ sealed to the stiles and rails with 30mm wide x 5mm thick PVC sheet beading on either side and joined together with solvent cement adhesive and an additional 5mm thick PVC strips of 20mm width is to be stuck on interior side of C channel using PVC solvent adhesive as per manufacturer's instructions, door to be fixed to frame with and including 3 Nos MS powder coated butt hinges of size 100mm long x 25mm wide and 2mm thick and fixing with 32mm long steel screws drilled suitable to pass through both the walls of the MS tube complete all as specified in SSR-2009 (Part-I, specifications) & shown in relevant drawing of item No. 8080 in SSR-2020 (Part-II, rates). (Note :- WPC shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only)

Material and labour for applying evenly a coat of blown type bitumen at the rate of 1.50 kg per Sqm on bottom and binding with clean dry sand @ 0.05 Cum per Sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying polythene film, 150 micron thick, weight of film not less than 0.150 kg per sqm, laid on bitumen primer @ 0.30 Kg per Sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for sunken treatment to sunken floor, cleaning the surface by wire brush, rendering to floor and sides with 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) including mixing of liquid WPC in mortar @ 200ml per bag of cement of 50kg, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE:- (i) WPC for mixing in CM shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Dr Fixit/Fosroc/BASF/STP

Taking down/completly removed existing cement plaster from efflorescence effected areas of brick walls/pillars /cornices by using machanical means including raking out joints and scrubbing down, the effected bricks to be completely exposed, apparently visible efflorescence cleaned with using hard wire brush and all crystal deposits to be removed, the bricks shall then be cleaned using soft brush powdery crystal removed and prepared the surface for further treatment upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for treatment on efflorescence effected areas of brick walls/pillars /cornices (surface prepared for treatment under appropriate item here-in-before) with vinegar/water solution (1:4) i.e. 1 part vinegar and 4 parts water, applying the vinegar/water solution to sit on the effected area with using nylon brush for 15 minutes but do not allow the solution to dry, rinse the area with clean water using low pressure jet spray system, this whole process will be repeated two times complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for joint filling after vinegar treatment, joints of bricks so cleaned shall be pointed using cement putty made at site using latex/SBR polymer diluted at ratio (1:4) with water. The solution so made shall be used to be mixed with cement to make a putty consistency paste. The cement putty shall be then worked out in the joints which are clean and in SSD (Saturated surface dry) condition complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material and labour for water proofing treatment after joint filling, the bricks so pointed shall be cleaned to all dust or deposit using brush. A undiluted single component acrylic polymer to be used to prime the brick surface. The primer while being tacky the first coat of water proofing coating is done, second coat is applied after a time interval of 4 to 6 hours after the first coat has dried, the water proofing coating shall be two component polymer modified cementatious coating having a thickness of 1.5mm in two coats. The material to be factory batched and ready to use. The two components shall be mixed for at least 3 to 4 minutes with a mixing spindle attached to a slow speed electric drill (having 350-450 RPM) until the material becomes smooth and to give a brushable consistency mix. Avoid aeration while mixing. The coating shall be done using 100 to 150mm wide brush. It is to be taken care that the material while being used should be stirred every 3 to 5 min to avoid powder part getting settled, mix only that quantity which can be used within its pot life, The water proofing coating shall have below properties :- (i) Tensile strength = 4.56 N/mm² after 14 days exposure (According to ASTM D 2370) (ii) Bond strength = 2 N/mm² at 27°C (failure in substrate). After application of second coat and while the material is still wet, coarse sand is sprinkled over the coating so as to ensure proper emachanical key is provided for subsequent plaster complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material & Labour for PCC (1:7:12) type F2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as loose filling of sunken floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking and prepare the surface to receive the screed for tiling/kota stone, sweeping cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc. and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition stone/marble slabs of any description or thickness as in floors/ cooking platform/steps etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar including removing rubbish material from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic coloured tiles (light shade) 10 mm thick square or rectangular area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer (screed) in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic coloured tiles (light shade) 10mm thick square or rectangular area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in skirting, dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick bedding layer (screed) in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300mmx 200mm / 450mmX 300mm, 7mm to 8mm thick, as in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick (Av thickness) bedding layer (rendering) in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick square or rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer (screed) in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour 18-20mm thick machine cut, granite duly factory grinding and polished (table rubbed and polished) of approved colour for counter sunk wash basin, plateform/cooking plateform or as directed, including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) (grey cement slurry) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admiture of pigment to match with shade of granite stone slab including cutting as required including cleaning and extra polishing if required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable solar water heating system from its existing position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank white colour of capacity 500 litres (cylindrical vertical, triple layered with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position including making inlet and outlet connection, including supply and fixing ball valve and gate valve including dismantling/taking down of existing unserviceable PVC water storage tanks of any description complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Float valve and gate valve shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only under appropriate item of BOQ.)

Supply and fixing of rubber hose pipe 20 to 25mm dia between hot water tank and collector fixed with MS clamp complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing aluminium sheet of 28 SWG fixed over hot water pipe and hot water steel tank including fixing with suitable steel screw full thread complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing glass wool density not less than 42 Kg/Cum and fixed over outer surface of hot water pipe with the help of steel wire cloth of 0.36mm nominal dia including binding with GI binding wire and taking out old unserviceable glass wool and cleaning properly before new wool complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Hot water tank made out of stainless steel 2mm thick sheet, 200 litre cap including factory fitted 3 KW heating element and thermostat of suitable size with provision of 15mm dia inlet/outlet arrangement including insulation and inlet outlet testing after fixing with solar system as well as electric backup supply system complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Flat plate collector size 1860mm x 1240mm x 100mm (ISI marked) or as per site requirement (near about dimensions), assembly suitable for existing solar water system and capacity including copper tube black coat, radiation reflector film of aluminium toughed glass, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
