Earthwork in excavation for foundation of structures upto 3 m depth as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305.1 includding setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete including cost of centering and shuttering in foundation and plinthcomplete as per drawings and technical specifications clauses 802,803,1202 &1203

Providing and laying plain / reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 802 ;803; 1202 and 1203 P.C.C. grade-M-10 (i) Nominal mix 1:3:6 including the cost of centering and shuttering in open foundation.

Providing weep holes in brick masonary/stone masonary, plain/ reinforced concrete abutment , wing wall, return wall, with 100mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V) 20 (H) towards drawings face complete as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 614,709,1204.3.7

Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber (Earth work for the cutting involved for sub-grade to be paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil) complete as per HP.PWD specifications.

Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including making good the undulation etc. with earth or quarry soil etc. and rerolling the sub-grade complete as per HP.PWD specifications.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 (By mechanical means) as per Technical Specification Clause 404. including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts including mechanical means.

Providing and applying priming coat with Bitumen emulsion ( SS- 1 ) on prepaired surface of granular base including cleaning og road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg /sqm. using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 40mm with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bitminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler,transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade , level and alingment, rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tandem roller to achieve the desired compaction as MORTH specification Clause No. 509 complete in all respects.

Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam 50 mm thick with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.50 percent of mix and filler , transporting the hot mix to work site , laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alingment , rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achive the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause no. 509 complete in all respects.

Back filling behind abutment , wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings and Technical specification Clause 1204.3 .8

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat on new concrete / masonery / plastered surfaces with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture for use on floors to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foregin matters and sand papering as required.

Wire crates of G.I. wire filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire. (Wire crates to be measured and paid for separately).
