M & L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2(using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete,M-25 (Design mix) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams; bases for columns, etc. basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 08 to 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

(NOTE : For the purpose of payment, punning thickness of Sand cushioning shall only be measured and paid).

S&F LT Panel cubical outdoor, cabinet type, platform mounted factory made CPRI approved totally enclosed dust and vermin proof openable from front side only and made out of 14 SWG (3.15mm) thick CRCA MS Sheet of overall size 750 mm (height) x 750 mm(width) x 450 mm (depth) and built on suitable size angle iron frame work , having front hinged door,GI earthing strips at rear side , bottom detachable gland plate complete with suitable size zinc plated and passivated nut, bolts , spring and washers. The cabinet and all members should be chemically treated with MSR solution for anticorrosive treatment and powder coated paint (Nickel Grey) The panel should be suitable for 415 volts , 50Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system and protection level not less IP-20 and internal connection should be provided with aluminium strips of suitable size including necessary foundation work and comprising following:-

1.BUS BAR CHAMBER: - M S Sheet bus bar chamber having front hinged covers with a set of electrolytic grade high conductivity TP&N solid aluminium bus bars, rated 200 Amps- 4 Nos supported at required intervals sleeved with heat shrinkable PVC sleevings. The bars shall be colour coded at required intervals for identification 2. INCOMMER :- MCCB of capacity 63 amps 415 volts, 50 Hz 4 pole breaking capacity of 16 KA - 1 Nos.

4.OUTGOING FEEDERS:- (a) MCCB of capacity 40 amps 415 volts, 50 Hz 4 pole with breaking capacity of 16 KA - 2 Nos. (b) SPN MCB of capacity 32 amps of breaking capacity 10 KA for building load.

S&F Galvanised Iron Pipe 50mm Bore ‘Light grade’ for protection of UG Cable, laid in Floors/ Road Crossing, fixing to Pole with Mild Steel Clamps, Nuts, Bolts, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.
