Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level and removing material from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (for first floor flooring)

Taking down wooden chowkats or frames with shutters area not exceeding 1.50 Sqm (w/o taking off shutters from frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good in cement mortar (1:3) or PCC 1:2:4 type B1, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down wooden chowkats or frames with shutters area exceeding 1.50 Sqm and not exceeding 4.00 Sqm (w/o taking off shutters from frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good in cement mortar (1:3) or PCC 1:2:4 type B1, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour for Non-Skid white Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour for Glazed white ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300mm X 600 mm X 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick cement plaster in ement mortar 1:4 as backing coat on fair faces on stone surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing for machine pressed precast concrete coloured interlocking ( glossy finishing) paver blocks confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade as in hardstanding etc. Set & jointed with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 50 mm thick screed or bedding layer of sand, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons,laid dry and pointed in any mortar etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (For Ground floor only)

Material and labour for machine cut Prepolished Kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick (of size not less than 55 cm x 55 cm in flooring and 120 cm x 25 cm in treads) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including half round edge moulding, over and including cement screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) base including rubbing and mirror polishing, and half nose moulding (bull nosing) etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour for machine cut Prepolished Kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick (of length not less than 55 cm in skirting and 120 cm in risers) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting, waste, rubbing and polishing (Granite finish) but as in vertical surfaces such as skirting and risers over and including 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Material & Labour for Granite work (Jet/Telephonic Black) 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, counter basins, urinal partitions etc. and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of following types and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surfaces and half nose moulding (bull nosing) etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base/levelling coarse and finished the top surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Material & Labour for brickwork with old size fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 M mean radius built in CM 1:6, including of demolition brick work/stone masonry of complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base/mass concrete and finished the top surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Supply and fixing, made 100% Solid WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) Door Frames of cross section 65 mm x 125mm (moulded) having Double rebated made from Wood Polymer Composite (Single Extruded Process) material comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K-Value 57-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibres (wood powder/ruce husk/wheat husk)and non toxic additives fabricated with meter joints after applying PVC solvent cement & screwed with full body treated star headed screws having minimum frame density of 780 Kg/cbm & manufactured by "Rajshri/Echon or Eq" an ISO 9001-2015 certified company, having good screw holding capacity (Screw withdrawal strength of (Min, 990N) Minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 900N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite/borer prof, water/moisture proof & fire retardant & fixed in position with and including SS Dsh Fasteners/Hold Fast of required dia and length, all as per specifications drawings as directed,. Supply & fixing of stainless steel decorative finials(round type with mirror optic finish)trade pattern for decorative type curtain rods suitable for 22 to 25mm dia curtain rods as per sample as in repair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Supplying & laying 03 coats of reinforced acrylic coating ‘New Coat’ as on sunken floor applied @1.5 Ltr/Sqm in 03 coats to achieve total 1mm thickness in any position including cleaning surface of sunken slab with wire brush/mechanical brush and with water thoroughly to remove all dust/dirt and loose particles to expose base concrete/sunken slab etc including repairing of loose/defective joints and applying 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 to level the surface and treatment to be applied all as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Dismantling and taking down existing loose/ spalling/ unsound/ weaken concrete, unserviceable plaster from RCC components of any description and in any position until sound cocncrete substrate is obtained by chisel and hammer or using robust pneumatic chisel, hand tools including cutting of all edges, making square shoulders of the aperture, coarsen the smooth surfaces including necesary preparation of surfaces and cleaning the surface free from dust and debris etc. to ensure maximum bonding between the substrate and coating system including removing of all debris to a distance exceeding 1.5 Km but not exc. 5 Km complete all as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

M&L for preparation of surfaces cracks of plaster internal/external of walls, ceilings/Chajjas upto 5 mm wide, remove the loose plaster/concrete by suitable tools, filling cracks with crack paste compound and apply the second coat after 10-12 hrs of application of first coat including necessary scafolding of any height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

M&L for preparation of surfaces by cutting 'V' groove cracks of plaster internal/external of walls, ceilings/Chajjas all along the crack 5 mm to 10 mm and remove the loose plaster/concrete by suitable tools, filling cracks with crack paste compound and apply the second coat after 10-12 hrs of application of first coat and for external application must be coated with paint including necessary scafolding of any height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

M&L for providing and fixing welded MS wire mesh weighing not less than 1 kg/sqm and dia not less than 0.9mm on the prepared surface which should be cleaned and should be removed from dirt, fungus and all foreign material. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

M&L for providing and applying the treated surface with high quality repair mortar with polymer and fibre content .water ratio of which shall be 0.16, 28 days compressive strength shall be 30 MPa,mixed density shall be 2.18 kg/ltr, flexural strength shall be 6 MPa for 7 days and tensile strength for 7 days shall be more than 2MPa.Its adhesion bond strength shall be greater than 2 MPa with creep strain reduction of 8%. The modulus of elasticity of this product shall be 23-26 KN/mm². It shall not bleed / segregate on adding water and shall provide dual shrinkage compensation i.e – both plastic & hardened.Cement , sand can be used for finishing purpose. It shall be capable of being applied in thicknesses of 20 mm without sagging or falling and shall have minimum adhesive bond strength of 2 MPa.All cementitious systems have to be cured for a minimum period of 15 days by water curing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

M & L for providing and applying a layer of high solids resin based pigmented concrete compound (application 4.00 to 5.00Sqm/lit) It forms a continuous membrane that controls hydration for strong and durable concrete .It should have specific gravity of 1.02. It can be applied by brush or can be sprayed, If sprayed the nozzle of the spray should be held approximately 450mm from the concrete surface and should be passed back and forth to ensure complete and even coverage. The pump pressure should be maintained at a level to produce a fine spray ensuring complete coverage of the surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

M&L for providing and applying two coats of water based Aliphatic acrylate -Anti-Carbonation coating for concrete surfaces over a coat of acrylic polymer primer. The coating to be applied on surface shall be liquid applied highly durable waterproof coating system for surface , based on high quality acrylic emulsion, functional filler, sunlight stable pigment and quality fungicides. It shall have properties that provide features like crack bridging ability, breathability, flexibility & exterior durability and resists micro-organism growth.It shall cover hairline cracks up to 0.5 mm effectively. It shall have excellent crack bridging ability and shall bridge cracks up to 2 mm width. The elongation at break is approx. 220 %. The tensile strength is 0.7 Mpa. It has a hardness shore ‘A’ scale of 80, with an adhesion strength of 3.4 Mpa. The coating is UV resistant, algae and fungus resistant, and has a water vapor permeability of 40 gm/m²/day and a crack bridging ability of 1-2 mm. The coating must be applied with temperature above 5°C and below 45°C. The coating shall be applied in two coats of by roller or brush application at the interval of 4-6 hours.Allow applied coating to dry or cure for 7 days , complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for repairs to damaged surface of RCC elements like beams, columns, wall by removing all loose cement plaster/concrete, providing and laying of micro-concrete more than 20mm thickness (Average) by using the recommended water powder ratio mix the micro-concrete with pan mixer as per manufacturer's instruction including water tight shuttering necessary curing for 7 days complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges. Note : Micro concrete will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Providing and placing in position micro-concrete, grade M40, which shall be cement based prepacked single component, chloride free, non-shrink, free flow, self compacting, ready to use after mixing water in specified proportion, obtained from Fosroc / SIKA / BASF/ Dr Fixit, or equivalent make thickness of section upto 75 mm (Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding/tapping with a blunt metal instrument) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges. NOTE - [a] The rate quoted for respective items shall be deemed to be inclusive of all material, labour, expert supervision, Tools, Plant, Safety measures like safety belts, ropes, helmets, netting etc. required to work upto G+ 1 floor height as per site requirement and providing double scaffolding and as required and removal of the same on completion of the repairs and disposal and depositing the demolished material outside MD land [b] The Structural repair works shall be got executed directly by the Manufacturer or through their authorised applicator

M&L for preparation of surface of reinforced bar by applying rust remover and then applying a coat of epoxy zinc primer on exposed reinforced surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges. Note : Surface area for concrete shall be measured for payment purpose.

S & F Reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

S & F Reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for including cutting of steel reinforcement as required to facilitate demolition,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Material and labour for RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in chajjas, beams or columns etc upto double storey bldgs including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Demolition cement concrete in any position not other wise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding on roof top including WPC as per manufacturers instructions to achieve the slop required, with minimum thickness of 25mm consolidated and finished even and fair without using extra cement. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

M&L for 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions on concrete roof surface finished fair and even to maintain the proper slope of roof surface etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Material and labour providing and applying roof treatment as folowing stages :- (i) Apply 1st coat of PU coating (ShaliUrethane LHM @ 650 gm/Sqm or eqivalent by brush/roller/spray. Spread non-woven geo-textile or glass fiber tissue of 45 GDM with overlaps of 50mm in both directions when the surface is still tacky, this is optional , to be assessed as per site requirements to acheive higher mechanical properties. (ii) Allow 1st coat to dry for 10-12 Hrs. (iii) Apply 2nd coat of PU membrane (ShaliUrethane LHM @ 650 gm/Sqm or eqivalent) as per manufacturer's instructions. Extend waterproofing treatment up to 200mm and terminate into groov on the parapet wall. (iv) Protect the applied liquid membrane bu sprinkling sand @ 200gm/Sqm over the final coating when the surface is still tacky to facilitate plastering and including 25mm thick plastering in CM 1:3 with admixture and WPC. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges. Note1: Treatment shall be done through authrised representative of manufacturer's instructions. Note2: Dismanteling/removal of APP membrane and other treatment of roof includes as rate quoted by contractors, no extra amount paid on this account.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls/stone masonry walls, concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on stone masonry or concrete surfaces (internal walls) of any description, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Material and labour 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (acrylic) white or tinted over a coat of 1 mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces over 1 mm putty to prepare surface even and smooth all complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

Material & Labour for preparing new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (acrylic) white or tinted over a coat of 1 mm thick wall care putty on ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or un-plastered surface including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of oil bound distemper (acrylic) white or tinted over a coat of priming over a coat of 1 mm thick wall care putty on walls upto tripple storeys bldg complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.
