REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF CERTAIN DG SETS INSTALLED AT AIRFIELD INSIDE ARC CHARBATIA

Material and labour for carrying out Maintenance/Servcing for the following DG set including cleaning of air filter using pressure air, O ring, Gaskets, screws etc, checking of engine oil level & draining out old engine oil from oil chamber, refilling new engine oil and removing deposited material including applying grease, cleaning with CRC of all moving parts and draining out water from radiator assembly, checking of coolant level in radiator and refill new after mixing with coolant, including tightening all inlet and outlet connections and replacing minor items such as hose clamp, screws, washers etc. Check Air piping and vibration damper, filling with new coolant, Inspection of alternator and starter, Checking of V-belt condition & tension(Adjust/ replaced if required), Battery health check up and lead connection including top up of distilled water, cleaning of exhaust silencer, checking of filter kit such as fuel filter, Lub oil filter air filter etc and replacement of parts as required,lubricate ball joints of the throttle linkage of Hyd Governor and change of fuel tank breather. completely all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : (i) The scope includes attending service/ complaints to DG sets after initial maintenance/service/ for a period of six months. (ii) Spare/parts required to be replaced as and when required shall be measured and paid for separately. (iii) The check will be carried out by authorised technician from DG set manufacturer complete (iv) The scope includes provision of authorised technician for any functional check/test required as and called upon by department . (v) Engine oil & coolant will be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective item of this Sch.

M&L for servicing of Self Starter Assy by disconnecting from engine and dismantling the same cleaning all accessories , replace the wornout parts like :- brushes, bushes , contact plates, jumping leads and seals, re-varnishing the field coil , armature and reassembling the same, refitting the engine and testing all as directed for by Engr-in Charge:-

Supply and fixing in replacement of fan belt for DG set of capacity 125 KVA to 63 KVA complete all as specified and directed for by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for taking down carefully FIP assembly of capacity 125 KVA DG set by unscrewing nuts and bolts from its mounting and dismantling cleaning, replacing gaskets set, feed pump, plunger and spring with overhauling and calibrating injector nozzles at required temperature and pressure as per prevailing climatic condition for proper fuel combustion and functioning at optimum efficiency including re assembling all dismantaled parts to its original position complete all as specified and and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for De-scaling of radiator by dismantling the upper & lower tank and cleaning the Core Pips with cleaning chemicals, components and arrest the leakaged core by brazing / dummy with lead including cleaning of upper and lower tanks and replacing the upper and lower Gaskets and required nuts, bolts, refixing the same including testing and painting complete all as specified and directed for the following capacities

M & L for repairs to 124 KVA DG Set Radiator including arresting of leakage with neccessary welding/soldering , repalcement of certain portion of radiator pipe as required , including arresting leakages in complete assembly at site or at workshop and De-scaling of radiator by dismantling the upper & lower tank and cleaning the Core Pips with cleaning chemicals, components and arrest the leakaged core by brazing / dummy with lead including cleaning of upper and lower tanks and replacing the upper and lower Gaskets and required nuts, bolts, refixing the same including testing and painting complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for De-scaling of radiator by readyclean restore plus/or equivalent all as specified and directed for the following capacities

Material & Labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cm x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel using GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, 40mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe and pre-cast earth pit cover made of RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 duly reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @150mm c/c both ways, one lifting handle made out of 10mm dia TMT bar 250mm long embedded in cover slab and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, chorcoal and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or burried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32x6mm galvanised iron strip complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement turbo Filter for DG sets of following capacity complete all as specified and directed for by Engr-in Charge:-

Supply & Fix in replacement Battery charger unit 24 V 20 amps capacity complete as directed with necessary wiring as required.

Repairs to AMF panel of 125 KVA to 10 KVA DG set with checking of circuits/controllers repair/replacement of components as required for complete functional, testing all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : New spare/component replaced under this item shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective items of this Sch.

Supply only ammeter analog type having suitable current range suitable to 125 to10 kva DG set in complete as directed.

Supply only voltmeter analog type having range of 0-500 V AC suitable to 125 to 10 kva DG set in complete as directed.

Supply only Frequency meter suitable to 125 to 10 kva DG set in complete as directed .

Repairs to starting arrangements and speed regulation/govenor system of 10 KVA DG set in complete to get required output.

supply and fix in replacement fuel sensor 320 kva DG set in complete as directed with necessary wiring as required.
