Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Sewage Treatment Plant based on Moving Bed Bio-reactor (MBBR) attached growth technology to include entire civil and electromechanical works for complete functioning of STP along with requisite electrical control panels, all interconnecting pipes, cables and wires related to plant of capacity 350 m3/day. The waste water coming out of plant is to be recycled for horticulture, MT wash etc including all connected civil works complete all as specified in Sch "A' Note No 24 complete all as mentioned in relavent clauses elsewhere.

Construction of service station comprising pump house cum DG set room, Lab room, store room & duty room with toilet with permanent specification in RCC framed constr in M-25 design mix, earth quake resistant, complete all as specified and shown on drawings.

Ductile iron pipe 100mm class K-7 ISI marked suitable for tyton joint joint in any length laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cost of rubber tyton joints is included in overall quoted rate.

Ductile iron fittings ISI marked suitable for DI pipes of class K-7 viz, bends, tapers any type (straight bend increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch Y junction, double branch cross, collars, caps and plug, tail pieces etc for 80 mm , 100 mm , 150 mm dia pipe complete including provn of rubber tyten joints all as specified and directed. Note for Item No 6 to 8 :- (i) DI fittings shall be of same make as DI pipe class K-7 or as per make recommended by manufacturer of pipe , ISI marked & including provision of rubber TYTON joints. (ii) Make of DI pipe shall be LANCO/Jindal/TATA.

Supply & fixing cast iron foot valve, Conforming to IS- 4038, flanged type complete with rubber gaskets including nuts, bolts, washer etc of size 100 mm dia.

Valve pit of size 90 cm x 90 cm x 90 cm (internal dimensions) ,stone/ brick construction, including all necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in disposal of surplus spoil to distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, PCC in foundation of the mix (1:2:4) type D-2, stone masonry in cement mortar (1:4) rendering 12 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) internally, finished even and fair and flush pointing to external surface as the work proceeds in the same mortar. Mild steel angle iron 40 x 40 x 6mm frame MS sheet cover 3.15 mm thick with handle and locking arrangement, painting all the exposed MS work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of the that as approved by the GE over a coat of red oxide primer and painting all the MS work embedded in PCC with two coats of black bituminous paint complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Supply, Installation and testing of electric driven centrifugal pumping set, 3 phase 415 volts of cap 15 HP 40 mtr delivery head and 6 mtr sunction head with minimum 6m suction head with bronze impeller coupled with electric motor including PCC foundation pumping set will be installed on MS channel 100 mm size duly grouted in PCC with suitable size of nuts, bolts for vibration free pumping set complete all as specified and directed . Note :- Rate shall be inclusive of PCC foundation, MS channel & MS nuts & bolts).

Supply and fixing Cast iron air valves with two air outlet 150mm dia bore ( ISI Marked ) including all jointing material such as rubber gaskets nuts, bolts and washers etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of CPRI approved LT panel board, indoor type, with front and back door openable type fitted with nuts, botls and washers fitted with knob and hinges, floor mounted, fabricated out of 2.00 mm thick MS sheet, LT panel shall be totally enclosed weather proof and vermin proof with front and rear opening with IP-65 protection as per IS-8623 duly powder coated incl connection, RYB, insulated with different colour code and sleeved insulator complete pre-wired and cable connection with copper conductor wire upto copper bus bar complete with frame for mounting of panel 45 cm above the ground level, made out of 50 x 50 x6 mm thick MS channel and grouting by providing PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, using 20 mm grade crushed stone aggregate including all incoming and outgoing cable connection with suitable size of copper lugs/gland complete all as specified and also comprising of the following:- (a) MCCB 63 Amps 25 KA four pole 415 Volts - 01 No (b) MCCB TP 32 Amps, 25 KA - 02 Nos (c) MCB DP 32 Amps, 10 KA - 01 Nos (d) Indicators RYB - 01 Set (e) Copper strip bus bars sleeve insulated 200 Amps capacity TPN mounted on epoxy insulators - 01 Set (f) Digital voltmeter 0-500 V range 96 x 96 Sqmm size with In built VSS - 01 No (g) Digital ammeter 0-100 A range 96 x 96 Sqmm size with CTs and In built ASS -02 Nos (h) Internal wiring of the panel board with single core copper cable PVC insulated of suitable size and control fuses. Manning & operation of STP of capacity 350 Cum/day and all associated connected accessories at JAK LI centre, Old Air Field Srinagar to keep installations in functional condition in three shift per day (each shift 08 hrs)including sunday and holidays i.e from 0800 Hrs to 1600 hrs, 1600 hrs to 2400 hrs & 2400 hrs to 0800 hrs including maintaining log sheets and other periodical, maintenance record complete all as specified and directed by employing qualified staff/Engr-in-charge :- (a) 03 Nos. of Operator-cum-technician per day i.e One operator cum technician per shift of 08 hours. (b) 01 No. of helper in three shift (each shift 08 hrs.) i.e0800 hrs to 1600 hrs, 1600 hrs to 2400 hrs and 2400 hrs to 0800 hrs. (c) One no safaiwala (sweeper) in general shift (0800 hrs to 1600 hrs). (d) Mechanic required for day to day maint incl oiling and greasing and replacement of defective parts as per manufacturer instructions. No extra cost shall be given by the Deptt. However fuel/electricity and water if reqd by the contractor shall be provided by the Deptt on free supply basis.

Ser Item No 38 Contd.... NOTE-(A) SCOPE OF WORK - the manning and operation schedule mentioned above includes the following- (a) Removing of materials arrested at bar screen. (b)Removing of oil floating at surface. (c) Change over from one blower to other blower as per requirement. (d) Cleaning of air filter of blower regualarly on requirement basis. (e) Applying grease to all motor blower periodically including supplying of suitable quantity of grease (f) Draining of sludge from MBBR reactor once in a month. (g) Removing of sludge from tube settler depending upon actual load. (h) maintaining of log book for record of operation of plants including cost of stationary. (j) Back wash of dual media filter and activated carbon filter weekly or on required basis. (k) Cleaning of inlet and outlet mesh box of MBBR reactor weekly (l) Draining of burnt out lubricant oil and refilling of appropriate lubricant oil in air blower after 2000-2500 Hrs of operation incl cost of lubricant.

Ser Item No 38 Contd.... (B) The contractors quoted rates for the above item shall also be deemed to include the cost of following : (a) Maintenance of internal and external area of plant. (b) Watch and ward and care of Govt assets and equipment of the plant. (c) Maintennce of the saftey and security measure of the plant. (d) Keeping the installation neat and tidy. (e) In case of failure of main electric supply, Generator electric supply shall be used by the operator on the requirement basis. (f) All material brought at site for use shall be entered in MB for record purpose duly supported with releveant purchase voucher and test (g) Disposal of treated sewage/sludge as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
