Supply ,Fabricate, install, connect, test and commissioning LT panel board, powder coated, outdoor weather proof type, compartmentalised fabricated with 3 mm thick CRCA steel and suitable sized pressed steel frame work, top with sloping canopy, bottom with detachable plates, front and rear with hinged type door and locking arrangements, chamber for cable entry and exit , chamber for aluminium busbars, separate compartment for each switch gear, louvers and air vent for natural air flow, holes drilled for connection including suitable angle iron/flat iron frame work/ supports, excavation, earth work, PCC foundation etc., as required with and including following switch gear items internally connected with suitable capacity aluminium strip/ rods insulated, complete mounted on PCC pillars including taking down the old panel and demolition of old plain cement concrete complete all as specified and comprising of the followings:- (i) 4 Nos busbar of equal size of Aluminium conductor with PVC coloured heat shrinkable type sleeves continuous rating of 400 Amps mounted on fibre reinforced insulator.(1set), with LED indication lamps-03 Nos for RYB phases on incoming side. Repair and welding work the existing panel board door with provision of new door by taking down the old rusted door and provided hinges for door, if necessary and lock arrangement with provision of pad lock with keys and cleaning the welding surfaces by rubbing and polishing with two coat of synthetic enamel paint to match with existing colour all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate eletrode 60xm x 60cm x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth plate not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron earth strip 25x4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and earth wire protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 15mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x6mm and handle of 6mm dia MS bar made to shape, GI light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering of suitable length placed on top edge of earth plate, charcoal and common salt filling, with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meterrs, complete all as per plate No-3, SSR-2009 Part-I and connecting to existing earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Supply and Fixing MCB,240V,10KA,'B' curve,single pole,current carrying capacity 5Amps, suitable for fixing in SMC box for control street/flood lights and making connections including taking down the old one complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and Fixing of pole mounted Sheet Moulded Compound(SMC) Box weather proof type with hinged type door off white color of size 250x250x155 mm comprising of 1 No MCB 6A and suitable size Aluminium busbar 3 rows with terminals,1 No bakelite base neutral link and 01 No earthing terminal bolt and nut and connecting up cables with aluminium terminal lugs complete fixed on pole with suitable clamps, bolts and nuts including taking down the old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting/clearing and removing the vegetation/bush/creepers growth any nature/type around/on the electric panel/feeder pillar box/busbar chamber so as to keep clean the area for easy access to carry out repair/maintenance works in electric panel/feeder pillar box/busbar chamber etc, removing from site and throwing out at a place where directed at distance not exceeding 250mtr away complete all as specified and as directed.

Finding and rectification of electrical fault by checking of external/internal(LT) elect supply feeder, street light feeder,under ground cables using elect tools, equipments and safty devices after arranging elect shut down of feeders from sub station to remove elect faults like tightning of loose connection,removing of any electric short,meggring of cable,excavation of soil for removing of faulty cable on a particular span and relaying of cables after removing of fault, re-tightning of cable lugs etc all as required at site complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) The electrician employed for the purpose will be highly skilled along with one mate and should have all necessary tools and safty devices. (ii) Any major materials used for rectification of faults like Cables,MCB/MCCB of any size/type etc will be measured and paid seperately . (iii) Rate including hiring of fault finding equipments and Earth Work. (iv) Works should be completed with in 03 hrs

Supply and fixing Indicator lamp of any type / model / capacity in LT panels panels including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.
