NOTE (Applicable for all items) :- The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document & all corrigendum / amendments and General conditions of contracts before entrying/quoting the rates.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots incl preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on ceiling, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots incl preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surface of walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemper (White or tinted) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from wall surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion,white or tinted including clearcolle on surfaces for prepatory to distempering,complete all as specified .

All as per Sl Item No. 4 above but on ceiling.

M & L for preparation of old plastered surface of wall and applying 1.0 mm wall care putty with approved make complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots incl preparation of old decorated/unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of cement based paint over old decorated/unplastered surfaces of wall of any descripation including prepration all as specified and directected as per manufacturers instruction.

Complete removal of existing treatment and finishing wall with acrylic smooth exterior wheather coat paint of required shade (Two or more cot applied @ 1.67 lit/10sqm over and including priming coat of exteriior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm. all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted surface of wood and wood based surfaces by knotting, stopping etc of any description exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl aii quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

M&L for flyash brickwork with modular flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed

All as per Sl Item No. 13 above but except bricks (using old size bricks obtained from item No - 12)

M&L for flyash brickwork with modular flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4

Demolition of RCC Chajja,fins,facia, column edges including cutting reinforcement etc. all as specified and as directed.

M&L fair finished flat form work to RCC Chajjas,fins,facia para pets and similar items including edges.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) including beam, column, etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L MS TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending sprially for hooking for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints,hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement on walls all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement (including as in patches also).all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM I:3 on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of whitewash all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and finishing wall with acrylic smooth exterior wheather coat paint of required shade (Two or more cot applied @ 1.67 lit/10sqm over and including priming coat of exteriior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm. all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of cement based paint over a coat alkali resistant primer on newly plastered surfaces of wall of any descripation all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper over chalk whitening in newly plastered surfaces of walls of any description including preparation of surfaces all as specified and as directed.

M & L for writing letters/figures (Block, Roman,Italic or Indian) with thick synthetic enamel paint not exc 30 cm high complete all as specified and as directed.
