Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables, pipes/pole/stay etc. and getting out including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth; for trench of cable etc and getting out in Soft/loose soil, making the surface plain complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and spreading dry coarse sand in trenches for protection of underground electric cable, spread in uniform 23 cm thickness and punned down gently to 18 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Punned thickness shall be measured and paid. )

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for well burnt bricks having crushing strength 75 kg/sqcm best quality locally available laid flat, dry in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Laying only old burnt old size bricks, straight or curved on plan , laid flat with width equal to length of brick , laid dry over electric cable for protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Boring/Drilling (horizontally) manually under existing road (without disturbing the top surface of road) suitable for passing cable protection pipe etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for painting of erected steel tubular swaged poles of LT over head line ( Except embedded portion), 8.5/9 M long complete including all MS work mounted on pole , earth protection & water pipe ( if exists) with two coat of aluminium paint after necessary preparation and providing 07 Nos bands/ straps with synthetic enamel paint ( any tint 30 cm wide each) from top of plinth block and numbering of poles with white synthetic enamel paint on black ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and installation of steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long) complete with CI base plate and finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws including Dismantaling of old poles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Excavation, earth work and PCC only will be measured and paid separately, all other accessories and other works deemed to be included in the unit rates quated by the contractor.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations/mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as as in foundations/mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type C1 (1:2:4), using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in pedestal coping including necessary formwork finished fair using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for dismantling and taking down of existing unserviceable single fittings for repair, maintenance of street/ security/ perimeter/ garden/post top lantern light fittings etc of LED of any wattage or make from pole/ wall/ building/ tower at any height by disconnecting electrical connections and repairing by split opening the same in to the parts for fault finding and replacement of unserviceable spare parts i.e. surge arrestor, LED driver, wire, pipe etc with same capacity, testing and refixing at same location or as directed after necessary repair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) The Supply of spare parts i.e. surge arrestor, LED driver, wire, pipe etc shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) minor spare parts such as nuts, bolts, washers, cotton waste etc deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (iii) Inventory of all defective parts required to be replaced will be recorded in a separate register alongwith pole No & location / area and type of light fittings before replacement duly signed by JE, Engineer-In-Charge & contractor and the same shall be produced at the time of payments for verification.

Supply and fixing in repair GI bracket for street light made out of 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade 1.2 metre in length bend in shape as required including necessary MS flat iron clamp, nuts and bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing in repair loop in loop out polycarbonate Junction box in accordance with IEC 60670-22 of size 200 mm x 160 mm x 98 mm, suitable for LT cable 16/25 sqmm with front openable hinged cover and locking arrangements with IP 66 degree of protection, with MCB 'C' series, 6 Amps, Single Pole, 10 KA, 240 volts and aluminium bus bar of suitable capacity complete with electrical connection fixed to pole/wall with suitable size FI clamp 20mm x 3mm, nuts, bolts and washer including duty painted with powder coated paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for taking out defective/ burnt out LT underground cable including loop and protection pipe from base of street light pole including demolition of PCC coping of pole if required and cutting faulty cable and jointing cable with jointing kit suitable for LT cable of size uptp 50 sqmm sqmm 4.0/3.5 core and fixing cable in existing position with dismantled cable protection pipe and cable covers etc including testing complete all as directed. Note: (i) LT joint kit and earth work shall be measured & paid separately under relevant item of this schedule. (iii) Coping and extra cable required for the job shall be measured and seperately under relevant item of this schedule.

Material and labour for straight through joints size 6 sqmm to 16 sqmm, 4 core/ 3.5 core (epoxy type) for LT PVC/XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor cable including jointing and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Cutting of faulty cable/joint is deemed to be included in the above quoted rates.)

All as per Item No. 24 above but size 25 sqmm to 50 sqmm, 4 core/ 3.5 core

Disconnecting and taking out the existing unserviceable LT cable of any size, Supply and fixing/laying/connecting, testing and commissioning XLPE insulated GI wire/strip armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) with multistranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 4 core laid in trench /poles/on wall/floor in ducts etc including cable glands, lugs and suitable size of MS saddle clips (where ever cable laid in ceiling / walls without cable duct) as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: 1. Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection brick and pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items 2. Serviceable bricks obtained will be kept aside for re-use under relevent item.)

Supplying and laying in repairs 15mm bore galvanised mild steel pipe /tubing, light grade complete with all fittings, for protection of cable, laid in trenches / under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note : Excavation & Earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

Supplying and laying in repairs 50mm bore galvanised mild steel pipe /tubing, light grade complete with all fittings, for protection of cable, laid in trenches / under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note : Excavation & Earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply and Fixing in repair PVC insulated, PVC round sheathed, copper conductor cable 1.5 Sqmm two core for connection of street light/ flood light/ post top lantern etc on pole /wall/ pillar from over head conductor/ junction box/ DB including termination clip etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
