(i). This item is reserved to be procured from the PAC firm M/s Transasia bio medical limited- Bengaluru or their Authorized agent/dealers. (ii). Authorized Agent/dealers need to quote with tender specific authorization from OEM, failing which their offer will be summarily rejected. (iii) In case tenderers participates as an authorized agent, then the performance as required above shall be that of the Principal, authorizing the agent. It may so happen that the agent has credentials of past supply for a different principal but this will not be considered as performance for placing bulk order in case of change of Principal.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

Consignee after receipt.

i) To meet the Eligibility Criteria, various strength of the same salt will be regarded as same product. However, different.types such as capsules, tablet, syrups etc. will be regarded as separate product. (For example- Capsule Amoxicillin 250 mg, 500 mg, 1 gm will be regarded as one product Injection Amoxicillin %F6f various strength will be regarded as one product). ii)Each strip/ packet bottle that contains the tendered item should have a printing/ stamping with indelible ink of 'Northern Railways - Not for Sale' Firms are advised to put their Hologram on their products/ cartons. However, for vitems procured under urgency or on local purchase basis.Purcaser reserves the right to accept the material item/ supplies without the label of 'For Northern, Railways- Not for Sale' by way of issue of necessary amendment to the PO in, this regard.. In such cases, stamping may be done by the consignee before use.

i) The remaining Shelf life of the offered product should not be less than 80% of total Shelf life or it should not. be older than 06 months from the date of manufacture (whichever is more) at the time of supply. In specific cases, CMM/ PCMM may relax this condition on case to case basis with the written undertaking by the tenderer that they will replace unused quantity free of cost before the %E9xpiry of Shelf life of that item with fresh batch. i.a) Non-replacement on free of cost basis of such unused quantities shall tantamount to breach of contract and shall be reported to the Firm Registering Authority.

i) The material shall be inspected by consignee or authorized representative of the consignee on receipt of the material in the hospital. The material may also.be subjected to tests in Railway/ Govt./ Govt recognized-laboratory on random basis or whatever found necessary by the concerned consignee. Page 2 of 4 9.1 Analysis report for laboratory/Govt. Recognized laboratory must accompany the consignment without fail on supply Without of each batch of medicine(s). Product Analysis/ Performance/ Compliance report (wherever & whenever applicable), supplied product will not be accepted by respective consignees. The firm will submit report of the item at the time of supply to the respective consignee, in standard format, that "this product has been, analyzed and found to be conforming to the each batch from manufacturer's own standards". i.a) Whenever on analysis, it is found that items supplied are not conforming to standards, the firms/suppliers are required to replace the whole batch free of cost with another batch to all the consignees, irrespective of whether the batch has been used completely/partially or not. i.b) After the item has been supplied to the Railway, subsequent analysis cost shall be borne by the Railway. However, if the item on lab analysis is found to be sub-standard, cost of lab test shall be borne by the concerned supplier. i . c ) The supplier can. be asked:to replace such sub-standard batch of supply at any time.

a) The item should not be older than six months or item must have a residual shelf life of more than 80% at the timeof supply. b) Whenever drug samples on analysis are found to be not conforming to the standard. The suppliers are required to replace the whole Quantity.
