Earthing to panel with galvanised steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m below normal groung level) with top edge of earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nut, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule pt-I 2009, protected by 15 mm bore GI light grade pipe. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layer of charcoal or coke and common salt 15 cm thick all around bottom and top. 20 mm bore GI light grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover, reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75 mm C/C both ways with mild steel handle 12 mm dia, using round bar, PGI funnel with wire mess & frame, PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in earthing pit including necessary excavation & earth work, all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part – I. IN REPLACEMENT, complete all as specified. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) The unit rate includes earthing lead & protection pipe upto 7.5 metre from top of earth plate. (iii) Earth resstance shall be less than 3 ohm. In case the test results are not found less than 3 ohm, complete earthing shall be redone by the contractor without any extra cost to Govt.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with batten, casing caping of MS or and PVC conduit on surface or concealed, including switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, mild steel terminal boxes etc., removing materials and making good disturbed surfaces due to taking down etc. to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium sub main wiring complete, including existing batten/conduit consealed/surface etc., removing materials and making good disturbed surfaces due to taking down etc. to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge,complete all as specified and directed.

Notes: Amount of credit for retrieved materials is mentioned in tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted while acceptance of tender offline.
