Providing Polymer Coating (Water Proof Coating) for sunken portion of toilet with following specification and the surface shall be cleaned to remove all dust, foregin, matters lose materials or any other deposits of contamination by rubbing with wire brush. Slurry: Dry blend and polymer liquid blend shall be mixed into the desired ratio as per recommendation of the supplier.The mix shall be stirred thoroughly until no bubbles remain in the mix. Any lumps found in mix shall be removed. Apply first coat of polymer modified cementitious slurry by brush on wet cleaned surface. D) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE :
Acoustic enclosure shall be powder coated and fabricated of 16SWG CRCA MS sheet.
The silent canopy shall be nut bolt type construction. Critical processes of punching are done on CNC machine to maintain dimensional accuracy of hole within 0.1mm power coating done after seven-tank surface preparation process of sheet metal. Canopy panel and door shall have inside lining of FIRE-RETARDANT 64kg/m density mineral wool of 100mm thickness as acoustic material. Four hinged doors shall be provided to canopy.
The maximum permissble sound pressue level should be as per the norms prescribed by the Central Pollution Control Board / State Pollution Control Board/ Competent Authority concerened or shouble be 75 db(A) at 1 meter from the enclosure surface whichever is advantageous to the department.
The emergency stop should be available on the enclosure panel.
The enclosure provided shall be duly approved by the Engine Manufacturer of the Engine provided for Diesel Generator Sets mounted inside and should be to the satisfaction of inspection / testing authority concerned.
SURFACE TREATMENT – PAINTING :
The enclosure shall be suitably treated for degreasing, de-rusting and phospating. The canopies are passed through seven-tank treatment thoroughly.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES OF CANOPIES :
Canopy fabricated on CNC machines with dimensional accuracy of 0.1mm so as to increase its durability. Special designed supporting rips/structures are used in canopies so as to give sturdiness and to reduce the vibrations of the DG sets if any.
WORLD CLASS COOLING PACKAGE:
Canopies shall have cooling package for which it can perform at 45 deg c/ambient temperature. No grounding required on the ground, only a level surface capable of with standing the DG weight. Lifting hooks shall be provided for the acoustic enclosure, which should be unloaded independently of the DG set. The Gen set frame shall also be provided with hooks for unloading.
Temperature rise inside the canopy:
Canopies shall be designed so as to maintain the temperature difference between ambient and air inlet at cleaner within the enclosure well with in 5-7 deg centigrade.
D) Base Frame
Base frame should be fabricated in sheet metal. The base frame is rugged in construction and designed for mounting engine and brush less alternator closely coupled, with cross members mounted on AVM.
The base frame shall have provision for mounting of acoustic enclosure on it. The supply of Gen set includes loading, unloading and transportation charges.
E) Fuel Tank
990Ltrs. Removable Fuel tank shall be fabricated out of 14 SWG CRCA MS sheet and is part of base frame. It is duly painted and fitted with inlet an outlet connections and mechanical fuel gauge. Fuel tank can be easily removed for cleaning or any maintenance.
F) Battery

VRF OUTDOOR Unit Installation:
Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of the following capacity modular type fully imported VRF air cooled Outdoor units equipped with hermetically sealed highly efficient DC Inverter Scroll compressor with variable refrigerant flow system connectable to multiple indoor units. Outdoor unit shall be factory assembled weather proof casing constructed from heavy gauge mild steel panels with Hydrophilic coating & Special Anti-corrosive OCEAN BLACK FIN coating on the outdoor units. The unit shall be completely factory wired with power contactors, control relays, overload relays, inbuilt back up operation, etc., and tested with necessary controls.
And the Outdoor unit shall have special acrylic pre-coated heat exchanger, finned tube condenser coil, axial type low noise fans with motors, top discharge type condensing units, microprocessor based system controller (Compatible for MODBUS integration with read-write provisions), auto check function for connection error, auto address setting, with multiple indoor units, including transportation charges, etc., complete as required.
The aluminium fins shall be covered with anti-corrosion resin, the unit shall be equipped with oil recovery system to ensure stable operation with long refrigerant piping. All the access for the ODU should be from back side of the machine. Suitable angle supports for ODU, walkable checkered plate near ODU, pedestal with rubber pads for the outdoor unit to be included. ODU shall be mounted on suitable cement concrete pedestal duly plastered and painted. The running unit output will automatically adjust according to the real time load demands. The noise level should be as low as possible. The entire system should operate on Eco-friendly refrigerant R410A.
The unit shall deliver the rated capacity at AHRI conditions and work even at 50 Deg C ambient temperature without tripping. The unit shall be suitable to work on 400V ± 10%, 3 phase, 50Hz AC power supply. The unit shall be filled with first charge of the refrigerant and ready for use as required. The COP at AHRI conditions shall not be less than 3.4 and SEER not less than 6.5.
The compressors shall be rated for year-round continous-duty (24 x 7 x 365) operation. The outdoor unit shall be sized to deliver following rated capacities which includes de-rated capacity due to excess length of refrigeration pipes, change in indoor dry bulb & wet bulb temperature, etc.
