Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Banker Details

The Bidder shall have a valid Electrical Inspectorate. A copy of the valid Electrical license shall be furnished along with the bid.

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in his name should have Turnover in the last five years (i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25) achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of not less than the estimated cost of the work.

All item rates are Exclusive of GST

The Bidder shall upload scanned copies of PAN Card, GST registration certificate along with technical bid.

Satisfactorily completed at least 50% of the contract value, as prime contractor, at least one similar nature of CCTV related work of value not less than Rs.6.34 lakhs. (Not less than 50% estimated value of this work).
