Fixing Granite above 0.10 sqm & upto 0.4 sqm (10 mm thick) tiles in dados skirting and risers of steps on 12 mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles.

Requirement of Door, window, Grill, Angle, Electrical materials, pipe, tap, pipe fittings, AC/ GCI Sheet, Hump pipes & its cost.

Labour for fitting and fixing MS door & windows grills as per approved design including cost of fitting

Supplying RCC door/ window frames of cross section 100mm x 60mm of M-250 concrete using OPC 43 Grade cement and steel reinforcement of 5.5 mm to 6.0 mm dia MS Rod with provision of hinges, locks, WI clamps, etc. (Ex-factory)

Supplying, fitting and fixing of stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50 mm dia of 2 mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm @ 0.90mtr. C!C and stainless square pipe bracing of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm in 3 rows in stair case as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for the complete in all respect.

3.4.4- Fixing Wash down water closet ( European type W.C ) with intigral 'S' or 'p' trap confirming to IS 2556:Part 8-2004 to the floor with wooden plug and chromium plated screws including jointing the trap with soil pipe in cement morter (1:1) etc all complete as per specification (Seat and cover to be measured and paid for separately)

3.4.5- Fixing plastic seat and cover for wash down water closet with chromium bress hinges and rubber buffers all complete as per specification

3.4.6- Providing and fixing PVC Low flushing cistern with manually controlled device (hand lever ) confirming to IS 7231 with all fitting and fixing etc. all complete as per specification.
