Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Outdoor type 11KV Load Break Switch Panel with enclosure protection class IP 54 or higher of cubical construction with double door and top canopy, floor mounted, having capacities as mentioned below suitable for use on 11KV, 3 phase, 50Hz, AC supply fabricated out of CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thick for enclosures and covers, 3mm thick for base frame and gland plates including cleaning & finishing complete with 7 tank process and powder coating in approved shade, high conductivity copper bus bars of 630 Amps capacity, space heaters, thermostat, control MCBs, control wiring, common copper earth bar of size 50mm X 5 mm and equipped with following switchgears and accessories, suitable for connections for 3C x 120 sq.mm. Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of self powered numerical relay having four element (3 Phase + 1 Earth Fault) over current IDMT/ definite time and instant trip suitable for inverse time overcurrent/ earth fault protection, instantaneous earth fault protection & instantaneous overcurrent fault protection, including compatable batteries for existing 11 KV RMU of compact sub-station etc complete as required. (Make : Ashida, Model: ADR241S-AM460 or its equivalent as per approval of EIC)

Supply of 3Core X 120 Sqmm., XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed aluminium conductor armoured HT (E) power cable of 11 KV grade confirming to IS 7098 (Part - 2) -2011 with up to date amendments and complete as required as per specifications .

Supply of 110mm nominal dia. (O.D.) HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) Pipe of grade PE80, PN6, ISI marked conforming to IS 4984:1995 with upto date amendments and complete as required as per specifications.

Laying of 110mm dia (O.D) HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) pipe along with accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc complete with fitting, cutting and jointing using adhesive/solvent direct in ground (1.0 mtr below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench etc., complete as required.

Laying of 110mm dia (O.D) HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) pipe along with accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc including fitting, cutting and jointing using adhesive/solvent, under hard/concrete/bituminous surface (1.0 mtr below ground level), dismantling/breaking all types of surfaces, excavation and refilling the trench etc., complete as required.

Laying of 110mm dia HDPE (high density polyethylene) pipe alongwith all accessories like coupler/ sockets etc. below ground (1.0 mtr below ground level) across Road crossing/ Culvert/ Drain/concrete areas through HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) method as per site requirement and as per specifications complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of size upto 120 sq. mm in the existing RCC/HUME/ METAL/HDPE pipe as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 kV grade of size upto 120 sq. mm in the existing masonary open duct as required.

Supplying and making straight through cable jointing with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including ferrules suitable for 3C X 120 sqmm. size XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 kV grade as required.

Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for 3C X 120 sqmm. size XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 kV grade as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.

Construction of masonary chamber of internal size 1.50 mtr (L) x 0.9 mtr (W) x 1.0 mtr (D), with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of 150mm thick in three piece with hooks for easy handling, providing and laying in position cement concrete in 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) of 10cm thick on bottom including excavation of soil, plastering of inside & top surfaces with 15mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine/coarse sand) including disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres complete etc., as required.

Supply & fixing of high voltage synthetic insulating mat made of synthetic Elastomer suitable for working voltage of 11KV conforming to IS 15652:2006 with minimum width of 1 meter and thickness of 2.5mm +/- 10% , Class-B, ERDA/CPRI tested, ISI marked, anti skid and fire retardant properties duly fixed with suitable adhesive/ resin materials etc., complete as required.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width made of G.I. wire of 4 mm dia in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening of chain link fencing with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers etc, providing angle iron post placed at required distance with bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia and embedded in cement concrete blocks, including excavation of soil & disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres complete etc., as required.

Dismantling of existing chain link fencing along with angle iron post from its original position by cutting/grinding and shifting and stacking the dismantled items to AAI store upto a lead of 50 meters. (Approx. area 10.80 Sq. mtrs)

Repairing and finishing the top surface of excavated concrete/bituminous surfaces, by providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including consolidation by ramming of soil etc., complete as required.
