Fixing of 0.30 mm thick G.C.I. Sheet in roof drilling hole in wind ties including fixing of ridges valleys wind ties etc. excluding cost of fittings but including cost of sheet as per the direction of E.I.C.

Painting two coats over wood and iron work with approved Enamel paint over a coat of priming including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges complete as per direction of E.I.C.

Removing old grading plaster from roof slab, cleaning the surface, lowering and removing the debries within 50 m. Lead as per the direction of E.I.C.

2.5 cm. thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab with 6mm. size hard granite chips on new work as per direction of E.I.C.

Earth work excavation in foundation hard soil including moorum, stoney earth mixed with boulders with all leads and lifts including dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated earth away from the work site with all leads and lifts includin as per direction of E.I.C. (Drain & Paver)

Supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand in layers well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalty of all the materials required for the work labour with T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of E.I.C

Cement Concrete of proportion(1:3:6) in foundation and plinth using 4cm size clean hard black granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level, ramming as per specification and direction of E.I.C

Providing,supplying,fitting and fixing of 80mm thick interlocking concrete paver block on compacted river coarse sand free from all organic materials and filling the joints with sand including cutting,corbelling, splays whereever necessary to proper size with cost,conveyance,royalities of all materials and as directed by Engineer-in-chief.
