Supplying and filling in foundations and basement with filling M sand in layers not exceeding 15 cm. thick, well watered ,rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specifications.

Cement Concrete 1 : 4 :8 ( one part of cement, four parts of sand and eight parts of hard broken stone ) using 40 mm gauge hand broken hard broken granite stone jelly complying with standard specifications in foundations and basement.

RCC in M30 GRADE using graded aggregtes of HBGs excluding cost of reinforcement, centering, shuttering strutting, but including cost of mixing concrete, placing, vibrating with mechanical vibrator, finishing, curing etc., complete as directed by TWAD Board officers.

Drilling of bore wells any where in Thanjavur District including transportation form one place to another place whithin the above district in alluvial soil or sedimentary strata of clay and sand or sand stone, shale, pebbles boulders etc., by first taking a pilot bore of 150mm dia and then enlarging to required dia by direct or reverse rotary mud and water required for drilling at the site shown by the departmental officers including construction of mud pit. ( Water available within a lead of 1.50km)
