Dismantling / Taking down old unserviceable lift landing door and supply, fixing,testing and commissioning of complete landing door(LH & RH) SS hairline finish metal sheet approx 1.2mm thickness SS standard sheet and scratch resistant including all fixing arrangements for smooth opening of landing doors suitable for 08 passenger lift (Make :- KONE India) two way center opening complete all as specified and as directed. (Make :- As per OEM recommendation) NOTE:- (i) Rate quoted by the contractor are deemed to be inclusive of minor spares such as gate lock, door rollers, skates, door shoe, door rope, etc. and any other civil work required at site for taking out old door assembly and fixing new door assembly and making good disturbed surfaces complete as per direction. (ii) Any damage done by the contractor shall be replaced with same make and model of the door sensor while taking down and rectify the same free of cost by the contractor.)

Supply & fixing,Testing in replacement of Traction sheave D550 E68 of size 5xD8 CSW with all fittings and fixing arrangements as per site requirement and including taking down old unserviceable Traction sheave complete all as specified and as directed. (Make:- As per OEM recommendation).

Repair/replacement of Balustrade assembly and including taking down old unserviceable one from installed lift complete all as specified and as directed. (Make:- As per OEM recommendation).

Supply & fixing in replacement of OSG rope PAWO F1 6NAT6X19FC1770SZ of 6mm dia with all fittings and fixing arrangements as per site requirement and including taking down old unserviceable rope complete all as specified and as directed. (Make:- As per OEM recommendation).

Supply & fixing in replacement of Main rope F819 S-FC of 8mm dia with all fittings and fixing arrangements as per site requirement and including taking down old unserviceable rope complete all as specified and as directed. (Make:- As per OEM recommendation).

Supply & fixing in replacement of Guide rail bracket including grouting,nuts, bolts,washers and all grouting arrangements required at site complete including taking down old unserviceable one of installed lift at Urban village and DGIS make of KONE India lifts complete all as specified and as directed. (Make:- As per OEM recommendation).

M & L for removal of dust, stains, marks, scratches on the stainless steel surface of car cabin including ceiling and carry out the scrubbing, polishing & buffing of stainless steel surface with help of stainless steel polish liquid and buffing tool to give the glossy and clean finish to lift cabins surfaces of 8/10passenger lift complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removal of dust, stains, marks, scratches on the stainless steel surface of car cabin including ceiling and carry out the scrubbing, polishing & buffing of stainless steel surface with help of stainless steel polish liquid and buffing tool to give the glossy and clean finish to lift cabins surfaces of 13 passenger lift complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removal of dust, stains, marks, scratches on the stainless steel surface of car door/ landing door of 08/13 passenger lift and carry out the scrubbing, polishing & buffing of stainless steel surface with help of stainless steel polish liquid and buffing tool to give the glossy and clean finish to doors & facia surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for fixing of mirror 4 mm thick inside the car cabin including aluminium outer frame of mirror and all fixing acessories for passenger/ goods lifts including taking down old unservicable one complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for aluminium chequered plate flooring Minimum 3 mm thick five bar pattern fixing with acssesories including necessary cutting bending, edeging, chamfering etc inside the car cabin of 08/13 passenger lifts etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Aluminium sheet should be cut in one piece for complete cabin ie. aluminium sheet should be jointless in complete cabin.

Supply & fixing car door sill assembly AMD COPD LL=900 D=125 as per sample suitable for lifts of make Kone India including taking down old uncerviceable car door Sill complete all as specified and as directed. (Make : As per OEM Recommended)

Supply & fixing Landing door sill assembly AMD COPD LL=800 as per sample suitable for lifts of make Kone India including taking down old uncerviceable landingdoor Sill complete all as specified and as directed. (Make : As per OEM Recommended)

Taking down and supply & fixing in replacement of Over Speed Governor Assembly 1.0M/S including OSG unit,pit pulley, auto limit switches etc complete set for 13/08 passenger lift complete all as specified and as directed. ( Make: As per OEM recommended)

Taking down and supply & fixing in replacement of swingarm tension weight assembly H=75 including all fixing arrangements etc complete for 13/08 passenger lift complete all as specified and as directed. ( Make: As per OEM recommended)

Notes :- (i) The work shall be done through OEM of existing lifts i.e. of M/s Kone India. (ii) The contractor will have to submit MOU on stamp paper of Rs 100/- duly notarized, as per specified Performa given on page No 91 & 92 from OEM of existing lifts i.e of M/s Kone India within Fifteen days from date of Acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and further action to be taken as per policy in vogue of the contractors default.
