Transformer Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 400 KVA 11/0.433 kV, indoor,ONAN cooled, 3 Phase, 50Hz, vector group-Dyn 11, Transformer having impedance 4.5 % copper wound with winding temperature indicator/controller , indoor type Transformer with Losses as per IS 1180 level 2 with uptodate amendments . The transformer shall be provided with OFF load tap changer on HT side with 7.5% to -7.5% in steps of 2.5 % on HT side , having cable end boxes on HV side suitable 3x 95 sqmm XLPE cable of 11kV grade and LT side suitable 2 nos x 3.5 x 300 Sqmm XLPE cable of 1.1KV , supplying and grouting of suitable MS channels with all accessories for mounting arrangement of incommer and confirming to IS 2026 (Part 1 to Part 5) & as per specification attached complete in all respects as required at site.

The transformer shall be supplied with following Fitting & Accessories: Transformer Oil Temperature Alarm & Tripping Winding temperature relay unit with Alarm and trip Oil Level Low Alarm with trip Buchholz relay of double float type with high gas pressure alarm & trip suitable for 24 volts DC supply with complete wiring up to Marshalling box & having 2 No. potential free contact for alram, trip & annunciation. The transformers shall have bi-directional rollers, winding temperature indicator, oil temperature indicator and Buchholz relay with wiring up to the marshalling box complete. The transformers shall have first filling of oil, weather proof HT cable box. The transformer shall have suitable disconnecting chamber at the ends with min 8mm thick non-magnetic gland plate , including M. S. channel and suitable size foundation complete with earth terminals / lifting lugs and other standard accessories as required, as per relevant IS to successfully test & commission the distribution transformer as described above and as per technical specification.

APFC Panel Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of 150 KVAR APFC CAPACITOR PANEL factory built floor mounted with provision for auto as well as manual operation for power factor correction. Separate compartment for capacitors, 3 Phase, 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply system fabricated in compartmentalized modular design from CRCA sheet steel of 2 mm thick for frame work and covers, 3 mm thick for gland plates i/c cleaning & finishing complete with 7 tank process for powder coating in approved shade, having TPN Aluminium alloy bus bars for high conductivity, SMC bus bar supports,with short circuit withstand capacity of 35 KA for 1 sec , bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm thick, fabrication shall be done in transportable sections, entire panel shall have a common copper earth bar of size 25 mm x 5 mm at the rear with 2 Nos. earth stud, solid / flexible connections from main bus bar to switchgears and from switchgear output to cable termination in cable alley with required size of AL conductors / bus bars and control wiring with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable (FRLS), cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half, i/c providing following switchgears / accessories as per specifications. Supply of First Aid Box with medicines, accessories as approved by St.John Ambulance Brigade/Indian Red Cross conforming to IS:2217-1963.

Supplying and fixing of flame retardant electrical insulation mat having no adverse effect of mineral oil, high insulation resistance and water proof of nominal size: 2.5mm +/- 10% thick and 1000mm +/-20mm wide Antistatic Electric Insulated Synthetic Mat confirming to IS: 15652: 2006 with upto date amendments suitable for 11 KV installation alongwith adhesive/resin, sealing material and similar type of taping on sealing at all joints and corners as per recommendations etc as required .The Mat shall be ISI marked. Supply of lightning transient event counter resettable 6 digit LCD display with in built lithium battery in IP67 rating enclosure with transparent lid, mounting arrangements etc., as required.

S.I.T.C of following sizes Single Sided / Double Sided openable glow sign board of thickness 70mm minimum for single sided and 100mm for double sided board. Signage shall be made out of 1.44mm thick aluminum extruded profiles with concealed hinged profile system, extrusions with anodizing / epoxy powder coating of approved shade & colour. The text (in two language) / signage matter shall be electro cut computerized automated self-adhesive vinyl graphics of 3M black out film and yellow message to be created by using 3M yellow 3630-015 translucent film, to be transferred on front side of clear cast acrylic sheet of 5 mm thick of A-cast make of malaysia, acrylic sheet to be pasted with 3M VHB (Very High Bond) double side adhesive tape in extruded aluminum section and easy for graphic changes, (single sided shall have 1.5mm thick Aluminum sheet for back). The illumination source shall be of LED's (CREE / Nichia / Sharp/ Philips (Lumade) / Osram/ Edison) with suitable individual current regulator & driver suitable for operation on 150-270V AC, 50Hz supply and LED shall be fixed inside the frame to obtain uniform illumination, Lumen output – 100 lumen per watt, mean life (burning hours)-50000 hrs burning life with 80% output, along with required internal wiring, connectors, earthing the body etc. Signage board shall be suitable for ceiling /wall/side mounting. Complete job, as required, as per specifications & approved drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
