NOTICE INVITING TENDER RETAIL-BIJ-OFFICE REN 14.09.2026 To, All Vendors as per enclosed list in tender Dear Sir, SUBJECT: Tender for Upgradation works of Territory/ Depot office at Bijwasan, New Delhi It is proposed to carry out Upgradation works of Territory/ Depot office at Bijwasan, New Delhi. The work can be commenced immediately after issue of LOI as per direction of Engineer in charge. The works include : A. Interior Works, including dismantling, civil works, flooring, partition, false ceiling, carpentary, acoustic, etc. works B. Air-conditioning works C. Plumbing works (supply, drainage, sanitary fixtures, etc.) D. Electrical works (Low voltage side - Main Panels, Distribution System, Power supply, lighting, Earthing, AV system, Kitchen Equipments, etc.) E. Window works F. Buyback of existing assets on as-is-where-is basis. In order to execute the above job on priority basis, we are inviting competitive quotations from you for various items to be executed. Specifications for each item shall be as per tender BOQ and other conditions.
