Annual maintenance of lawn, garden, flower bed / potted plants, plants, trimming of trees, planting of new plants/lawns as and where required including cheeling the grass, watering, noursing, spreading pesticide and fertilizer as and when required, removal of weeds, wild vegetation etc, manuring, putting good earth, at various locations etc. with collection of garbage and disposal to the dustbins with miscellaneous gardening related work as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge including the cost of all materials (earth will be paid separately).(a) Contractor shall maintain existing lawns, flower beds, plants, gardens, orchard area. The area consisting of mexical grass needs to be machine cut and lawn mowing in regular interval for highlinghting the area once in a month.(b) Contractor will prepare new lawns, flower beds & gardens as and when required by Engineer-in-charge. Digging, excavating and levelling the ground is to be done wherever reqd .(c) Contractor shall be responsible for planting new plants like hedges, saplings, seasonal flowers etc by digging pits and maintaining the same (Cost of the plants to be paid separately to the agency).(d) The fertilizers, manures, pesticides etc are to be applied in the lawn, garden and orchard as and when required. (The cost of fertilizers, manures, pesticides etc is included).(e) Water will be made available at some points by the department and the contractor will use the water by using pipes which will be procured by the contractor.(f) The pump set for raw water will be operated and used by the contractor. The pump in working condition will be handed over to the contractor, which shall be returned to the department in working condition on expiry of contract.(g) Maintenance work as desired by Engineer-in-charge on priority basis has to be strictly followed by the contractor.(h)The lawn area, garden area, orchard area is to be kept clean from rubbish, weeds jungles. (i) Total area to be maintained per day = 881.24 sqm in Workshop gate area, GM Office surrounding area etc as per direction of EIC, cleaning of grass total= 1356 Sqm per year, maintenance of turfing area = 140 sqm by engaging 1 No. of unskilled manpower and 1 no of semiskilled manpower.

Supply of saplings/seedlings of seasonal flower plants fresh and healthy with lush green foliage to site for as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge. The plants to be planted like: Antirrhinum, French Marigold, Dahlia, Petunia, Inca marigold, Aster, Chrysanthemum, Cherry Gold, Hollyhocks, Stocks, California poppy, Salvia, Kochia, Sunflower etc and other similar equivalent varieties as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of saplings/seedlings of ornamental flower and decorative plants to site for as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge. The plants to be planted like: Dieffenbachia, Croton,Eranthimum, Syngonium, Aglaonema Commutatum Silver Queen, Aralia green, Calathea Rattlesnake, Aglaonema, Dracaena Song of India Green (three in one), Rubber black variety, Peace lily, Budded Rose (H.T. variety) etc fresh and healthy with lush green foliage and other similar equivalent varieties as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and displaying of Areca Palm having ht. 90 cm to 1.20 m with 4 to 5 suckers, well developed, fresh and healthy with lush green foliage in 25 cm size of Earthen pot/Plastic pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and displaying of Araucaria cookie having ht. 60 cm to 75 cm, straight, well developed, fresh and healthy with lush green leaves from bottom to top in 20 cm size of Earthen pot/Plastic pot. & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and displaying of Phoenix palm having ht. 75 cm to 90 cm with 10 to 15 or more leaves, well developed, fresh and healthy in 25 cm size of Earthen pot/Plastic pot & as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and Displaying Cycus cirsnallis well developed with fresh & healthy 35 to 40 lush green leaves in 40 cm Cement Pot as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Providing and Displaying Ficus black vivion piller topiary (sylinder type) well developed with fresh & healthy 180 to 210 cm ht in 40 cm Cement Pot as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cow dung manure at site including royalty and carriage complete (Cow dung manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment).

Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately).

Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the Officer-in-charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Supplying of plastic planter pots of Milton make blossom mate planter 4 or equivalent of size 254 mm x 254 mm x 203 mm of capacity 4 litre not weighing less than 0.5 Kg including overhead charges as per instruction of EIC.

Supplying of plastic planter pots of Milton make blossom mate planter 6 or equivalent of size 337 mm x 384 mm x 427 mm of capacity 18 litre not weighing less than 1 Kg including overhead charges as per instruction of EIC.

Carriage of garbage or earth mixed other wastes by tractor trolley including manual loading and unloading and disposing at garbage dumps or at any other specified location as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (i) For lead of 1 km

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
