Construction of Tube Well from ground level and up to 100 mtr. depth to accommodate housing and assembly pipe in all type of alluvium strata, unconsolidated formation such as pebbles, boulders etc. by percussion/ rotary drilling method as per IS:2800 Part 1: 1991 and IS:2800 Part II: 1979 (both amended up to date) and technical specifications for removal of overburden. The work includes the cost of lowering of casing pipe, but excludes the cost of casing pipe. Nominal bore 250 mm dia.

सीमेंट कंक्रीट 1 सीमेंट : 4 बजरी तथा 8 गिट्टी / 1 सीमेंट, 3 बजरी तथा6 गिट्टी पत्‍थर की 40 मिमी नामीय माप की नींव में डालना,कूटना तथा तराई आदि सहित। 1:3:6 (i) 40 एमएम क्रेशर ब्रोकन पत्थर की गिटटी के स्थान पर हाथ से टूटी हुई रोडी के उपयोग करने पर वही मात्रा देय होगी परन्तु गिटटी की दर में 30 प्रतिशत की कटौती की जावेगी।(ii) Vibratar and mixure का उपयोग नहीं करने पर 3% कटौती की जावे

Add extra over item no.2 for disposal of excavated material above initial lift of 1.5m and for every additional lift of 1.5m or part there of including loading and un-loading wherever required as per BSR on C.E.W.R.Dept. dist. सीमेंट कंक्रीट 1:2:4/1:1.5:3 मिश्रण की प्रवलित सीमेंट कंक्रीट में डालना तथा आपूर्ति करना, छत की स्‍लैब, छज्‍जे, बीम, लिंटल आदि में दबाना, तराई करना तथा सतह को 1:3 सीमेंट मसाले से समतल करना आदि समेत पाडबन्दी सहित परन्‍तु स्‍टील तथा शटरिंग की कीमत अलग से। (As per GKN BSR 2025item no 13(b)) अनुपात 1:1.5:3

आर.सी.सी. काम के लिए लोहे को काटना, मोड़ना तथा स्‍थान पर लगाना तथा बांधने का कार्य मय आपूर्ति के। (As per GKN BSR -2025 item no 61)

सेन्‍टरिंग'शटरिंग (तख्ता एवम ढुलाबंदी) का आर.सी.सी. छत, स्‍लेब, छज्‍जे, लिन्‍टल आदि डालने के लिए लगाना 4.5 मीटर ऊचाई तक के लिए तथा हटाना आदि विशेष विवरण के अनुसार। शटरिंग स्टील (As per GKN BSR -2025 item no 93 B)
