Dismantling post or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section incl taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonry etc and making good disturbed ground complete.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in hard/dense soil each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, compete all as spd & directed.

M & L Cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) in foundations, post hole, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified.

S & F Rolled mild steel Fe 290(Grde-E-165) as in angle iron post with swan neck (horn) and strut or flat iron in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed , drilling holes, notching for wire etc including necessary drilling , bolting or welding/rivetinge etc complete all as spd & directed.

S & F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured).

S&F 4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 100x100mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position including closing after filling complete all as specified & directed.

S&F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 10 cm and n.exc 15cm long with dia of the neck 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Mild steel round bars Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde - E-165) 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & directed.

Preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth , priming with a coat of red oxide primer and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as spd

Dismantling structural steel work i?cluding doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc

M&L framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level) complete, all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete 100mm thick type B-2 (1:2:4) using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate over rammed earth as in sub base to receive floor finish etc complete all as specified.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape & size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment.

M & L for Providing, cement concrete in kerbs/block or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) . , in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

M&L for cement concrete 75mm thick type B-2 (1:2:4) using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate over rammed earth as in sub base to receive floor finish etc complete all as specified.

M & L Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick for laying floor finishes cement mortar 1:6 complete all as spd & directed.

M & L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors metre with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard / dense soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and getting out including trimming of sides, for laying of cables & foundation of poles, stay assembly, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable/serviceable un-reinforced concrete PCC cable covers from excavated trench all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Serviceable un-reinforced concrete PCC cable cover kept in safe custody for reuse at site and unserviceable un-reinforced concrete PCC cable cover through in low lying area.

Laying only old un-reinforced PCC cable cover of any size as retrieved from serial item No- 04 here-in-before complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for factory made un-reinforced pre cast concrete cable protection cover LV class type - I with size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm laid across the cable (i.e. width of cover along the length of cable) for UG cable protection on the top of the sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning to underground cable complete all as specified in clause 19.75 & SSR Part-1.

S&F of galvanized iron pipe of 50 mm nominal dia light grade fixed to poles with clamps nuts, bolts and washers or laid under road crossing or fixed to wall including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide paint, complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cost of MS clamp, nut, bolt, washer and GI fittings etc shall be inclusive in the item rate.

Taking out old LT under ground cable from trenches / floor / road / wall / pipe / pole of any size and description incl joint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of LT UG cable XLPE insulated PVC sheathed galvanized steel strip armoured electric power cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade 95 sq mm 3.5 core confirming to IS:7098 (Part-I), suitable for earthed system, laid in duct/trench/along pole/wall etc including nuts, bolts, washers, saddles & screws etc and making connection, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : 1. The cost of Al thimbles/lugs and cable gland etc is included in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it. 2. Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and brick protection will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning, in replacement, Junction box , cubical type, factory made, outdoor type of Size 45cm(l)x30cm(w)x60cm(h) , dust and vermin proof, fabricated out of mild steel sheet not less than 3.15 mm thick, complete with openable shutters in front and rear having proper locking arrangement including including 04 Nos legs made out of angle iron of suitable size and height of each leg shall be grouted in PCC and aluminium bus bar of size 320 Amps capacity , Three phase and neutral bus bar , making hot and cold drilling holes to aluminium bus bar . Junction box shall be epoxy powder coated connecting all incomming and outgoing cables with suitable size of Aluminium lugs complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
