Amount

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.50m in depth for foundation etc and getting out in soft/loose or disintegrated soil complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge .Note; Most of the Excavation will be done manually and no extra cost will be paid to contractor seperately for manual excavation. If any UG Cables, Pipes are damaged during excavation,entire cost for restoration will be borne by the contractor.

M&L PCC 1 : 4 : 8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation of manholes, drains, posts and in sub base etc complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of 150mm dia and more (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar.

S&F DWCPE(SN4) 150mm diameter sewage pipes including snap fit coupler and rubber ring incl testing ,properly jointing and laying in trenches to a level bed complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for concrete (1:3:6) type C2 as in bed suitable for 150 mm bore of pipes including forming and benching cradles; complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, incl spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm (after the pipes have been laid and tested) in soft/loose/disintegrated soil or rocks complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material rocks to a distance n exc 500m and depositing where directed .

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 or 3/4 section ) in cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 type B1 finished smooth and reforming benching as required for 150 mm or 200 mm dia pipes complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement Precast plastic fibre reinforced concrete man hole covers "medium duty" of overall size 1000 mm x 500 mm x 75 to 80 mm factary made complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any description and position, complete all as specified.

Brick work with old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand), complete all as specified.

All as per item No 11 above but except bricks, all as specified. (Servicable bricks retrieved from Serial Item No 01 shall be used).

Taking down cement plaster in any thickness from brick or stone etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1 : 4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement including water proofing compound complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured separately under appropriate items

M & L Providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, coping to top of wall, rounded or chamfered on edges type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggegate) including demolition complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete to ground floor(unreinforced) and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing rubbish of out side MOD land.

M&L PCC 1:5:10 type E2 using 40mm Grade Stone aggregates as in foundation and sub base complete all as specified by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Sand filling (sand cushioning) under floors or in foundation incl watering and consolidation all as spd and directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment all as spd and directed.

M& L 300 x 300 mm , 22 to 25mm thick chequered cement concrete tiles, set, jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floors including 15mm thick screed bed in floor in C M 1:6 including 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) including demolition of existing flooring/hardstanding all as specified and disposing to debries etc all as directed.

S&F of 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors with suitable clamps/bracket including taking down old pipes and necessary cutting through RCC roof and brick work etc and making good all as specified.

S&F of 110mm dia PVC (SWR) bends any radius with solvent joints, complete all as specified.

M& L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection 75 mm thick laid in bays and surfaces finished even and fair, including filling the joints with bitumen mastic including demolition of existing surface all as specified and disposing to debries etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Checking electrical points for continuous electric supply system and replacement of unserviceable spares for all electrical fixtures, ceiling/exhaust fans of any size and capacity and carrying out minor repairs, fixing screws, tightening of loose wires, any type renewal of small pieces of electric wire upto 1.00 mtr length and maintenance work complete on all working days including holidays all as directed by Engr-in-charge, at Pratap chowk and adjoining area.

Attending to complaint of unsv switch ,socket ,fan regulator and making of light / power point in casing caping upto 2 mtr of length and maintenance work complete on all working days including holidays all as directed by Engr-in-charge, at Pratap chowk and adjoining area.

Attending to Geyser complaints at site including checking and rectification of any electric fault/ water leakage and making good in all respects including minor repairs, replacement of unserviceable spares, burnt copper wire connections wherever required and repairing any type of switch, socket, plug top etc complete all as specified and directed. Notes for Item No. 24, 25 & 26 (a) fixtures / fittings shall be paid under relevant item against supply only. (b) Contractors are advised to visit the sites before quoting their rates. (c) Materials for minor and maintenance repair works as directed by Engineer-in-Charge shall be supplied by the contractor within one week from the date of issue of work order. (e) Contractor shall provide and deploy adequate experienced professional to carry out day to day complaints and must deploy 01 electrician and 01 helper at Pratap Chowk Complaint cell from 0900Hrs to 1700 Hrs from Monday to Sunday. Electrician and helper shall report to complaint cell at 0900 hrs daily and get the job card for carry out the work and same will be retrun to concered JE at 1700 hrs as token of completion of job. In case of any breakdown/ emergency, contractor shall make arrangement to attend and rectify the complaints in odd hours on sunday/ holiday also. The rates quoted in sch 'A' respective items shall be deemed to be included and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Note: whatever be the nature of electrcal complaint the wholesole rectification responsibilty lies with the contractor. (f) Contractor shall be penalised @ Rs. 100/- per complaint per day, if he fails to attend the complaint within 4 hours. (g) All ser numbered complaint docket will be provided by contractor and amount of docket included in this. (h) Daily attendance register will be maintained by conserned JE and if any electrician/ helper found absent on any working day then penalty @Rs 1000/- per day per workman will be recoverd from the contractor.

Attending to electrical complaint of no light / short circuit in light or power circuit / MCCB tripping or any other emergency nature complaint during night hours (from 09 pm to 05 am).
