Annual Rate Annual Rate Contract for Servicing and Maintenance of Firefighting Equipments at NRPL Karnal for Two years as per scope of work envisaged in the tender, Schedule of Rates II and other terms and conditions of the tender. The same may vary depending upon actual site condition. The work shall be executed as per tender conditions, Schedule of Rates and as per the instructions of Engineer-in-charge. Bidders are required to quote a percentage less (-) or excess (+) or at par on the rates indicated in the SOR II of this tender document. The percentage rate quoted by the bidder shall be uniformly applicable to all the items mentioned in the SOR II of this tender document. The percentage less (-) or excess (+) or at par shall be quoted in the Price bid/BoQ (excel sheet) only. Having examined the Tender Documents consisting of Notice Inviting Tender, Special Conditions of Contract, General Conditions of Contract and Material/ jobs specifications regarding various jobs, drawings, Time schedule, Schedule of Rates etc. of the said tender document and having thoroughly studied the requirement of Indian Oil corporation Limited relative to the work tendered for and having conducted a thorough study of job site(s) involved, the site conditions, soil conditions, the climatic conditions, labour, power, water etc including office accommodation, transport & all other facilities and things whatsoever necessary for the performance of the work in accordance with the terms and conditions and within time mentioned in the tender document, I / We hereby agree to execute the above work at above mentioned % below at par with */ above * the rates specified in the enclosed Schedule of Rates.
