Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil( Loam,clay or sand) including lift up to 1.5 M,and lead upto 30 M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplush earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge up to a distance of 30 M from the foundation trenches (Where machine con not reach/move) For building work only,(Excluding royalty) (Chap-04 251)

Earthwork in cutting or in embankment by manual mean in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the from of regular pits not exceeding1/2 meter (20") depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm (8") layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required level and slopes and also including 1.5 M(5') lifts and 30M (100ft) lead.distanceas directed by the engineer-in-charge

Cement Concrete with 4cm gauge approved Stone ballast coarse sand and cement in proporation of 1:6:12 inculuding supply of all materail labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion.

M-150 brick work in 1:5 with one cement and Five course sand mortar in foundation or Sub structure including cutting necessary and moulding of brick inculuding supply of all meterials,labour and T&P etc.reuired for proper complete of work.

M-150 brick work in 1:5 with one cement and Five course sand mortar in Super structure including cutting necessary and moulding of brick inculuding supply of all meterials,labour and T&P etc.reuired for proper complete of work.

15mm thick Plaster in 1:4 with cement,coarse sand mortar including supply of all material ,labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of work

R.C.C work with cement approved coarse sand and 4 Cm gauge approved stone grit in proporation of 1:2:4 in R.C.C Raft foundation and footing excluding supply of reinforcement and lits bending but i/c its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I Binding wire and i/c necessary centering and shuttering etc.and supply of all material, labour and T&P etc.requried for proper compaction of work.Binding wire of Supplied by the contractor free of cost.

R.C.C work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm gauge approved stone grit in proporation of 1:2:4 in R.C.C lighter beam having Spans upto 6mtr excluding supply of reinforcement and lits bending but i/c its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I Binding wire and i/c necessary centering and shuttering etc.and supply of all material, labour and T&P etc.requried for proper compaction of work.Binding wire of Supplied by the contractor free of cost.

R.C.C work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm gauge approved stone grit in proporation of 1:1.5:3 in R.C.C coloum excluding supply of reinforcement and lits bending but i/c its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I Binding wire and i/c necessary centering and shuttering etc.and supply of all material, labour and T&P etc.requried for proper compaction of work.Binding wire of Supplied by the contractor free of cost.
