Taking down Ceiling fan of Sweep,1200 to 1400mm, 230 volts of any make & size from any height of the building for finding out the defects such as Capacitor, winding, bearing etc and servicing / overhauling the same, including replacing minor accessories like split pins, rubber reel, PVC sleeve, greasing, clamps, etc as required, and fixing back the same in its original position along with necessary fixing materials such as nut, bolts and washers etc all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The spares referred / mentioned here-In- after shall only be paid under supply only. Rest of the spares required for functioning of the fans is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. The labour element required for replacing the spares listed here-In -after shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Taking down Exhaust fans heavy duty of Sweep 225 to 450mm, 230 volts of any make & size from walls/ trusts for finding out the defects such as Capacitor, winding, bearing etc and servicing/ overhauling the same and fixing back the same in its original position along with necessary fixing materials such as nut, bolts and washers etc all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The spares referred / mentioned here-In- after shall only be paid under supply only. Rest of the spares required for functioning of the fans is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. The labour element required for replacing the spares listed here-In -after shall be deemed to included in the unit rate quoted.

Taking down Wall mounted/Pedestal fans of Sweep 350 to 450mm, 230 volts of any make & size from walls/floors for finding out the defects such as Capacitor, winding, bearing etc and servicing/ overhauling the same and fixing back the same in its original position along with necessary fixing materials such as nut, bolts and washers etc all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note for Item Sl No 1 to 3 : (i). Cost of Bearing, Capacitor and rewinding will be measured and paid separately under the respective item of the Schedule. (ii) Labour element for removing and refixing the Bearing and removing and rewinding the winding will be measured in the respective of the schedule. (iii) Misc items such as nut & bolts, Rubber bush & locking pin etc required for satisfactory completion of job deemed to be inclusive of the unit rate.

Rewinding of fan motor of any make Sweep 1200 to 1400mm and rewinding the same with single strand fine enamel copper conductor of same guage weight and turns and keeping the windings into hot air oven till the moisture evaporates including testing and commissioning complete. Make : (i) ICC (ii) DEVY DAYAL (iii) USHA Note : (1) All the misc items such as impregranted paper, warnising, cotton tape and other misc items required for satisfactory completion of job deemed to be included in the unit rate. (2) The above repairs are considered to meet the anticipated requirement if any and based on the site requirement the scope will be handed over to the Contractor.

M&L for lathe work to any type of fan for taking out bush from the lower body part of Ceiling/Exhaust fan and replacing it with suitable size of ball bearing as per matching size to shaft making necessary bearing boring, cutting, greasing, polishing of shaft Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : - Supply & fixing to Bearing shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this Schedule.

Supply and fix in repair AC ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep with Accessories Complate with set of lades, down rod and set of canopy. Make :USHA/Crompton/Havells.

Disconnecting and removing the unserviceable Geyser electrically operated of capacity 25 to 50 litres from its original position including disconnecting the electrical and water connections and to finding out the defects and refixing the same after making the same in serviceable condition in its original position connecting up of Electric and water connections, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge. Note : (i) Spare parts such as Inner copper container, thermostat, element, hot & cold water inter connected pipes and cord flexible will be measured and paid separatley. (ii) Misc items and brazing to the Inner copper container and welding to the outer container as required for satisfactory completion of Job deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. Carry out of Leak Proof Test for detection of leakage of gas from the cooling unit & Copper Tubing for Indoor/Outdoor Unit of Air conditioner, Refrigerator, Water Cooler with liquid nitrogen gas and arresting by gas welding method complete and charging of refrigerant into the Air conditioner/Refrigerator/Water Cooler complete. Note :- 1 The leakage to be observed for 24 Hours and after confirmation only the refrigerant is to be provided to the unit. 2 The cost of refrigerant will be measured and paid separately under rhe respective Schedule A Item.

Disconnection and removing the unserviceable / burnt out Copper Cable between Indoor & Outdoor Unit and S&F PVC Insulated, PVC Sheathed, Multistranded Copper Cable 3 Core 4 Sqmm, ISI Marked, 1100 volts Grade and connecting to the unit along with necessary fixing materials complete. Make: Polycab/Finolex/Havells

Taking down carefully aluminum/copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete along with fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators sockets etc, and removing from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc all as directed by Engineer in Charge.
