Provision of Airfield Lighting control and monitoring system ALCMS at new ATC cum Technical building at Tuticorin Airport

SH I SITC of ALCMS Design, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Airfield Lighting Control & Monitoring System(ALCMS),HMI, Type 'L 890 BB' to the requirements of FAA Advisory Circular No. AC 150/5345 - 56B(Current edition) and additional circuits/mechanisms/interfaces for control & monitoring of constant current regulators (CCRs) & fixed circuits such as Landing - H, Wind cone, and control of flood light towers & isolation bay flood light & beacon from tower to make them compatible with ALCMS, data & power cabling, earthing etc., including spare PLC and I/O modules, all hardware and software, licenses & other items as required for successful operation of the system in line with the scope of work, details of equipments, equipments specification, performance criteria etc., complete as required. Two Vault processors shall be provided both running in parallel for redundancy in operation,earthing and cable termination provision of SPD, Media converter etc., complete as required.

SH II Supply and Laying of OFC cable Supply of Single mode 6 core, armoured Optic Fibre Cable (OFC) conforming to ITU-T G.652 and IEC- 60794 with up to date amendments, etc., complete as required.

Laying of Single mode 6 core, armoured Optic Fibre Cable (OFC) conforming to ITU-T G.652 and IEC- 60794 with up to date amendments, etc., complete as required in existing pipe.

Laying of Single mode 6 core, armoured Optic Fibre Cable (OFC) conforming to ITU-T G.652 and IEC- 60794 with up to date amendments, etc., inside the trenches/ duct/ surface including providing and laying of medium class PVC conduit with mounting clamps etc., complete as required.

Supplying and laying of 40 mm size PN 6, PE 63 HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 4984 complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.in the direct in ground (75 cm below ground level ) including excavation and refilling the trench complete as required.

Supply of multi-core armoured cable with solid copper conductor cable, XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, armoured of GI steel strip of 1.1 kV grade confirming to IS: 7098 (Pt-1) 24 core x 1.5 sq.mm

Supply of multi-core armoured cable with solid copper conductor cable, XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, armoured of GI steel strip of 1.1 kV grade confirming to IS: 7098 (Pt-1) 10core x 1.5 sq.mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE control cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/HDPE pipe as required. Up to 35 sq.mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. Up to 35 sq.mm

Providing and laying of 150mm dia B class G.I pipe below 0.75 mtr, across road including cutting bituminous road and excavation of soil ,refilling with concrete to the original finish etc. complete as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland copper lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE copper conductor cable of 1.1kV grade as required. 24core x 1.5 sq.mm (28mm)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland copper lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE copper conductor cable of 1.1kV grade as required. 10core x 1.5 sq.mm (25mm)

Termination of Single mode 6 core, armoured optic fibre cable (OFC) with suitable accessories pigtail and other accessories complete as required.

SH III SPARES Suppy of essential spares for the ALCMS Terminal base of PLC for I/O module.

Expansion unit for connecting I/O module.

Supply of network adopter power supply

Supply of UPS battery, 65Ah, 12VDC

Supply of ALCMS Interface Module for CCR

Supply of ALCMS Interface Module for fixed circuit.

Supply of Power Supply for vault processor

SH IV CMC ALL INCLUSIVE COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT for complete ALCMS CMC (Comprehensive Maintenance Contract) for 5 years after ONE year DLP (Defect Liability Period) with year wise breakup for the entire installation. Year 1 - (5 % of SITC cost including freight, insurance and transportation of SH-I)

Year 2 - ( Yearly 6 % cumulative enhancement on first year cost shall be applicable for the second year.)

Year 3 - ( Yearly 6% cumulative enhancement on second year cost shall be applicable for the third year.)

Year 4 - ( Yearly 6 % cumulative enhancement on third year cost shall be applicable for the fourth year.)

Year 5 - ( Yearly 6 % cumulative enhancement on fourth year cost shall be applicable for the fifth year.)
