Adequacy of the Proposed Work plan and Methodology in responding to the TOR.

The bidder Should have a well-equipped laboratory at the headquarters for testing construction materials, including fine aggregates, coarse aggregates, bricks, concrete blocks, soil, cement, and concrete. The laboratory shall be capable of conducting tests on fine and coarse aggregates, bricks, concrete blocks, soil, cement, fresh and hardened concrete, concrete cores, destructive and non-destructive tests (NDT) on concrete, and hydraulic testing of pipes

The Agency should have a minimum Total Financial Turnover 1.23 Crore in the last five years (i.e 2021-22 to 2025-26) Consolidated financial turnover certificate certified by Chartered Accountant shall be submitted along with compulsory UDIN Id No.

Profit & Loss statement Should Be submitted of last five years (i.e 2021-22 to 2025-26)

Agency/firm have Register with ESI, EPF. (enclose Copy)

Qualifications and Competence of the key professional staff for the assignment.The firm/agency should have multi-disciplinary engineering human resource in the field of civil /mechanical / electrical and environment as mentioned in the TOR

The Bidder should have Minimum 1 Mobile Unit Testing laboratory in the Company Name Registration Copy and Vehicle photos Must be provided
