Providing and laying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using emulsion distributer at the rate of 0.20 Kg / Sqm. on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause no. 503 (I) (including all labour cess but excluding GST)

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects (including all labour cess but excluding GST)

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from ROW with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 (including all labour cess but excluding GST)

The routine maintenance of above road work including pavement, road sides and cross drains, surface drains to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the Completion Date and ends after five years. For 1st Year Maintenance charge @ 0% of Sub toal of Part-A work done (including all labour cess but excluding GST)

The routine maintenance of above road work including pavement, road sides and cross drains, surface drains to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the Completion Date and ends after five years. For 2nd Year Maintenance charge @ 1.5% (including all labour cess but excluding GST)

The routine maintenance of above road work including pavement, road sides and cross drains, surface drains to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the Completion Date and ends after five years. For 3rd Year Maintenance charge @ 3.0% (including all labour cess but excluding GST)

The routine maintenance of above road work including pavement, road sides and cross drains, surface drains to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the Completion Date and ends after five years. For 4th Year Maintenance charge @ 4.50% (including all labour cess but excluding GST)

The routine maintenance of above road work including pavement, road sides and cross drains, surface drains to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the Completion Date and ends after five years. For 5th Year Maintenance charge @ 6.00% (including all labour cess but excluding GST)
