Stabilization of Soil or Sub-Base/Base Course or Existing Pavement Crust upto the required depth by In-Situ Stabilization method using Cement / Cementitious additives / Chemical additives / Combination: - Providing and pre-spreading of Binder (Cement / Cementitious additives / Chemical additives / combination) at rate of required quantity (% by weight) as per job mix design in accordance with Indian Road Congress 37-2018 using a truck-mounted automated binder spreader with micro-processor controlled weighing and spreading system. The binder spreader shall have variable working width upto 2.4 metre to efficiently manage the width of the whole pavement. The in-situ stabilization process shall be carried out using a self-propelled wheeled Stabilizer / Reclaimer with a minimum working width of 2 metre or 2.4 metre and minimum engine horsepower of 305 kiloWatts having in-built automated water-spraying and depth control systems with variable working depth of up to 500 millimetre. The entire in-situ process shall be carried out in a single pass including pulverizing of soil/aggregates/combination or milling of existing asphalt pavement and simultaneous mixing with pre-spread binder (cement/additive) and water to the desired depth. The resultant stabilized mix shall be compacted using a vibratory padfoot compactor of 14-20 tonne weight as per design depth and then graded to the required profile, level and thickness using a motor grader. The graded surface shall be then compacted using a smooth vibratory roller to achieve the desired proctor density as per Indian road Congress 37-2018 and complete in all respects including curing with water as required including all materials, labor, machinery, etc. Necessary graded stone aggregates shall be added by pre-spreading with cement to achieve desired gradation and profile of the road. The minimum unconfined compresssive strength (UCS) of stabilized sub-base should be 4.5 / 7 Mega Pascal after 7 / 28 days curing as per Indian road Congress 37-2018 .Also, durability aspects (wet-dry cycles) of stabilized sub base should be satisfied as per Indian road Congress 37-2018 .The gradation mixes and materials should be as per Indian road Congress 37-2018.

Supplying and Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers / Cat's Eye made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97 DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 millimetre, 100 millimetre and 102 +/- 2 millimetre and with minimum reflective area of 13 Square centimetre on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree.
