Demolishing cement concrete by manually/ mechanical means including taking away the serviceable materails from site including disposal of unserviceable materials in all lead & lift i/c loading/unloading etc. complete and hand over the clear site to Deptt. Dumping site will be arranged by the contractor himself and nothing shall be paid for the same.

Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (equivalent design mix)

Demolishing R.C.C. work by manually/ mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and taking away the same from site as per the direction of Engineer Incharge and disposal of unserviceable materials by manual & mechnical means in all lead & lift and hand over the clear site to Deptt. Dumping site will be arranged by the contractor himself and nothing shall be paid for the same.

Extra for cutting of reinforcement bars by manually/ mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. work (Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of R.C.C. or R.B. work) complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Demolishing brick of work by manually/ mechanical means including taking away the serviceable materials from the site and disposal of unserviceable materials in all lead & lift i/c loading/unloading etc. complete and hand over the clear site to Deptt. Dumping site will be arranged by the contractor himself and nothing shall be paid for the same.

In cement mortar

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. as per the direction of Engineer Incharge including dismembering and taking away the servicable materails from the site and disposal of unservicable materails i/c loading/unloading etc. complete within all lead & lift and hand over the clear site to Deptt..

Extra for dismantling trusses, rafters, purlins etc. of steel work for every additional span of one metre or part thereof beyond 10 metres span.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar and taking away the servicable materails from site including stacking of unservicable materials by manual & mechnical means i/c loading/unloading etc. complete within all lead & lift and hand over the clear site to Deptt.. Dumping site will be arranged by the contractor himself and nothing shall be paid for the same.

For thickness of tiles 10 - 25 mm and above

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and taking away the servicable materials from the site and disposal of unservicable materials in all lead and lift and hand over the clear site.

Dismantling wooden boardings in lining of walls & partitions etc.having thickness 10-25 mm and above excluding supporting members but and stacking away the servicable materails from the site and disposal of unservicable materials by manual & mechnical means i/c loading/unloading etc. complete within all lead & lift and hand over the clear to Deptt. Dumping site will be arranged by the contractor himself and nothing shall be paid for the same.

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling and taking away the servicable materials from the site including disposal of unserviceable materials by manual and mechnical means in all lead & lift and and hand over the clear site to Deptt. Dumping site will be arranged by the contractor himself and nothing shall be paid for the same.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering but including carraige of materails by manual & mechnical means i/c loading/unloading etc. complete within all lead & lift. All work up to plinth level :

1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded) 40mm

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per approval and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carraige of materails by manual & mechnical means i/c loading/unloading etc. complete in all lead & lift.

80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern .

Providing and applying a tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications :

On bituminous surface @ 0.50 Kg / sqm

Providing & laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specificatons and directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carraige of materails in all lead & lift.

50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity.

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materails by manual & mechnical means in all lead & lift i/c loading/unloading etc. complete.

40/50 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 5.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work sections including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using all type of structural steel/hollow sections etc. as required and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materails by manual & mechnical means in all lead & lift i/c loading/unloading etc. complete.

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.
