Supply & laying of ductile iron water mains with flanged ends, centrifugally cast of 150 mm dia ,class K-9, and wall thickness 6 mm laid in trenches complete all as spacified and directed. (Note - Excavation and earth work , rubber gas kit joints and DI spacials/fitting shall be measured and paid separately under respective items)

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying / taking out water supply pipe line in soft/loose soil, taking out excavated material,forming bottom etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including,spreading ,levelling watering and well ramming in layer in n.exc 25 cm thick in soft/lose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 mtr and deposting where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 mtr above starting point as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F DI specials 'ISI marked' for pressure water mains up to 150 mm bore spigot and socket Tee,pieces, single or double branch connection or collar etc. compleet all as specified and directed. (Note - Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for seperaetly under respective items).

S&F DI connecting pieces one end flanged and other socket or spigot or bell mouth or any size tapper upto 300 mm bore complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Joints, excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperatly under respective items)

M&L for flanged joints complete with rubber or fibre board gasket for new pipe lines including nut bolts & washers etc. of 150 mm bore sizes of water mains/fittings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Sluice valve connection & testing 'ISI marked' both ends flanged and drilled cast iron body 150 mm bore class PN-1.6 conforming to IS-14846/2000 complete with gun metal spindle including necessary nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed . (Note : Joints shall be measured & paid seperately)

M&L Cutting in position cast iron water mains for insertion of new tee for branch connection of 150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of valve pit masonary chamber of size 1050x1050x1050 mm (internal dimension) using PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggreagte for foundation, 15 mm thick rendering all around the brick work with 1:6 cement mortar, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 in coping with 20mm graded stone aggreagate for grouting MS frame made out of 40x40x5 mm thick angle iron including painting of steel surfaces with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primers finishing coat, MS frame inclduing 4 mm thick MS top sheet cover with locking arrangement including 50 mm pad lock with double key arrangement .inclduing necessary excavation in any type of soil returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for fly ash brick work with old size as per IS 1489(Part I)-2002 straight or curved on plan any radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick with CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and directed .

Cutting of road (in hard/ dense soil ) for laying pipe line or repair to pipes / lead joints etc .of any size upto 01 mtr. Depth and getting out incluiding forming bottom surface to required level and making good the disturbed road as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Drilling/boaring (horizontally) for laying of pipe upto 150 mm bore by penumatic tool or horizontal boaring/drilling machine under the existing road (max. 10 mtr. In width) suitable for passing GI/CI/DI tubing complete all as specified and directed.
