Providing, Installation, testing & commissioning of 3000 GPH x 200 mtrs head submersible pump set at B/well cum P/S Jhullas. Extraction of the existing worn out submersible pump set from the bore well along with the column pipes one by one using chain pulley block and then segregating the material at site. Fabrication of 01 No. graded MS adopter for SPS of requisite length by way of welding 80 mm dia. flange at one end of the adopter and making outer threads on the other end of the adopter. Fitting firmly the threaded end of the adopter in the discharge outlet of pump set. Providing/fabrication of 01 No. U shaped tie rod clamps fabricated out of 40 mm x 6mm MS flat. Fitting of tie rod clamp to the submersible pump with the help of heavy duty bolts and nuts welded on the sides of the clamp. Filling of distilled water inside the submersible motor for cooling the motor windings. Coupling of pump and motor, checking of alignment of pump and motor and then testing the submersible pump motor set at work shop. P/F of 02 No. 80 mm dia MS Clamps for clamping of column pipes during extraction & lowering of submersible pump set. P/F of MS Shling for hanging of chain pulley block. P/F of 03 ton Chain pulley block (INDEF make) with chain length approx. 6.5 mtrs in length along with other accessories like ceiling rope. Shifting of submersible pump, column pipes, 120 mtrs submersible cable 3-core 10 sq mm & other accessories/fittings from workshop to pumping station & unloading it there. Filling of distilled water inside the submersible motor for cooling the motor windings. Coupling of pump & motor checking of alignment of pump & motor. Fitting of 10 sq. mm 3-core submersible cable by waterproof connection of submersible cable with the connecting leads of submersible motor by way of soldering the joints & using patch rolls &insulating tape & then testing the submersible pump motor set before lowering. Lowering of SPS along with submersible cable in the liner assembly by assembling column pipes one by one with P/F of rubber gasket, nuts &bolts at each joint. Job includes cost of material & labour charges, proper patching of the submersible cable 10 sq mm 120 meters in length with the new submersible motor and then lowering of the new pump set along with the column pipes in the tube well after providing & fitting of nuts, bolts, patch roll, tapes and rubber gaskets etc.. The complete job includes, cost of the submersible pump set, 120 mtrs 3-core submersible cable 10 sq mm, cost of fabrication charges of G.I. nipple with flange & MS U-clamp, nuts/bolts, patching roll, rubber gaskets, binding wire for tying of sub cable with column pipes, extraction & lowering charges, all labour, testing charges and taxes etc. Complete job in all respects at site
The system should provide protection against:- 1. Low voltage (below 350V) 2.High voltage (above 450 V) 3.Single phasing 4. Reverse phasing 5. Un -balanced phasing (a difference of 35 to 45V between any two 6. Overloading (on all the 3 phases). In addition the system shall have: a. Separate LED fault indictors. b. LED phase indicators. c. An isolation / by pass system. d. A siren / audio warning system which activates on starter failure only. Complete job includes cost of panel board, material, labour charges, transportation/ shifting charges up to site of work, including installation testing and commissioning.
Installation, testing & commissioning of 63KVA voltage stabilizer. The job includes carriage of voltage stabilizer along with transformer oil( to be provided by the deptt. ) by mechanical transport on private vehicle from Divisional Store Chandak by way of loading the same into the vehicle by using crane / chain block and manual labour & then unloading near the approachable site and manual carriage from there to pumping station. P/F of main switch 200 amp. 451 volt , 3 phase Havells/L&T make on existing panel board by way of drilling holes providing of nuts , bolts washers etc. P/F of 185 sq mm single core Armoured Aluminium cable to be laid from LT pole to Main switch and from main switch to Voltage stabilizer in four leads approx. 80 meters in total length with proper thimbling duly crimpled by using crimpling tool & proper insulation.Conduting of all the copper cables by using PVC condute pipe and insulating of all thimbles joints (copper & Aluminium) with insulation tape Filling of transformer oil up to required level after heat treatment to make it moisture free. Job includes cost of material & labour charges for loading unloading carriage & fitting charges. Testing and commissioning of submersible pump set after checking of voltage stabilizer checking all the electrical connections with megger, tightening of loose connections if any, checking of direction of rotation of motor by checking the discharge of pump at the bend, plugging of leakage of & tightening of nuts & bolts etc.
