REPLACEMENT OF 04 (FOUR) NOS OF SULPHURIC ACID STORAGE TANKS IN SULPHURIC ACID PLANT OF CO & CC OF BOKARO STEEL PLANT ON TURNKEY BASIS

• The Bidder (Sole or consortium) should have carried out supply/manufacturing ,fabrication /supervision of fabrication , erection /supervision of erection & commissioning /supervision of commissioning of at least one number of Acid/chemical storage tank of minimum capacity 200m3 during the past ten (10) years to any of the following Organization as on date of NIT:  Government Organization  PSU  Public Limited Company  Joint Venture Company, where at least one partner is Government Organization/PSU. Self attested Copies of following documents shall be submitted by the bidder in support of the above: 1.1 Work Order/any other Letter of Award of Work/ Contract Document/ Purchase Order placed by the client. 1.2 Commissioning Certificate / Completion Certificate/ Final Acceptance Certificate correlating to clause 1.1 mentioned above released by the respective client having date of completion within 10 years as on date of NIT.

• In case the bidder is in a consortium a. One or both of the consortium members (maximum two consortium members are permitted) can either individually or together, may fulfill the criteria of Clause-1 above. b. The responsibility of Supply/ Manufacturing, fabrication/ supervision of fabrication, erection /supervision of erection & commissioning /supervision of commissioning should be taken up in the responsibility matrix by the respective members who fulfill the criteria as per Clause 1. c. Member having maximum job or share of work in value terms should be the leader of consortium. Self-attested copies of the following documents showing experience as per the responsibility matrix of clause 2.b for each member of the consortium, as applicable, should be submitted by the bidder. 2.1 Notarized Memorandum of Agreement and Responsibility Matrix indicating percentage of scope of work to be carried out by each member in value terms of total contract value. 2.2 Work order or any other letter of award of work /Contract document / Purchase order issued by the client. 2.3 Commissioning or Completion Certificate or Final Acceptance Certificate released by the respective client.

• a. The Average annual financial turnovers of the bidder during three of last four consecutive financial years ending March’23 shall be at least Rs 07 Crores (INR Seven Crores Only) b. In case of Consortium bidding, Minimum Turnover requirement for each Consortium member Rs 07Crores (INR Seven Crores Only) X % of scope of work in value terms of total contract value declared in Consortium Agreement (MoA). c. The bidder shall submit audited annual financial reports for three of last four consecutive financiacl years ending March’23 in support of above.

• Net worth of the bidder should be positive in the financial year ending 31st March2023 as per audited annual accounts.

• Documents submitted in support of financial eligibility wherever certified by the CA members of ICAI (The Institute of Chartered Accounts of India) from 01.07.19 onwards, shall contain the Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN).

• The bidder should submit an affidavit stating that the eligibility documents furnished by them are genuine.
