Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, all as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) finished even & smooth without using extra cement on brick/concrete surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) finished even & smooth without using extra cement on ceiling surfaces complete all as specified

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) finished even & smooth without using extra cement on brick/concrete surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over priming plastered and other surface with alkali-resistant priming paint complete all as specified.

M&L for finishing new plastered surface of walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade (Two or more more coat applied @ 1.67 Ltr/ 10Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @2.20 Kg/ 10Sqm) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper oil emulsion over 2mm thick plaster of paris complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper oil emulsion over 2mm thick plaster of paris putty complete all as specified.

Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins,pillars etc but excl ashlar facing,dressed work and precast concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with Sub class "B" bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Removing mortar from and cleaning bricks, stacking for measurement including all extra handling and removal and disposing off rubbish.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F framed work such as grills, grating, manhole cover, drain cover, steel ladder, iron gate and doors framed and hung as gates, stops, handles etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel / iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

M& L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded agg) in coping, kerbs , rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (incl backing), removing tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete.

M&L for 18 -20 mm thick mirror polished kota stone, machin cut kota stone slab flooring over 20mm cement screed bed in CM (1:6), and jointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
