Removing of functional all electrical accessaries like MCB, SW-Fuse unit, Contactor, Digital Timer etc from Feeder Piller box or Junction Box and handed over to the departmental store as per direction of EIC.

Charge for dismental the old electrical Feeder pillar box/Junction Box and diposite to sectional store after taken off the muffing with its brick /concrrete construction of Feeder pllar box/Junction Box by santras labour properly & carefully then fill up the place properly as per direction of EIC.

PART: B-INSTALLATION / IRRECTION /LAYING

Supply of 12 mtr long ST pole (Model-410 SP 60).Overall length 12 mtrs & planting depth 2 mtrs.Length of section bottom-5.80 mtr,middle-3.10 mtr and top 3.10 mtr long out side thickness of section bottom 165.1X 5.40 mm,middle-139.7 X 4.50 mm and top 114.3X 3.65 mm with base plate as per direction of EIC.Approx weight of pole-208 Kg. Supply of 9 mtr long ST pole (Model-410 SP 33).Overall length 9 mtrs & planting depth 1.5 mtrs.Length of section bottom-5.00 mtr,middle-2.00 mtr and top 2.00 mtr long out side thickness of section bottom 165.1X 5.40 mm,middle-139.7 X 4.50 mm and top 114.3X 3.65 mm with base plate as per direction of EIC.Approx weight of pole-164 Kg. Erection of Single Steel tubular pole of length as given below with/without sole plate & Cap etc. in CC foundation (Proportion and dimension indicated below), having 600x600x150 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 0.30 mts. dia and 0.30 mts. above ground level including 3 mm thick net cemented finish and GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on pole & carriage of pole upto 1.6 Km from Store to work-site including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly.(H-1,Item-a(1))

S & Installation of a outdoor type stand mounted feeder pillar box having size 1200(H) X900(W) X450(D)mm made of 5mm thick CRCA sheet & 3mm thick top rain canopy by proper welded at all edges fixed on 50X50X6mm angle iron frame with hinged & gasketted acess door both (Back & front) two part type.The door has been double handle with necy two nos locking arrangements.it has also been separated into two parts by S& F Hilamp sheet of (10mmThick)inside middle of pillar box(Maintaining 2" gap for all side) .The pillar box has been four legs of 3 ft long of MS angle(50x50x6mm),Provision for proper ventilation system (2 nos in each side ). the FP box will be painted by two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint (both inside & out side)over R.O primer after preparation the MS surface . The FP box will be installed by grouting the legs with sole plate below 2ft the ground level & 1ft aboveground level by CC mixture incl necy brick work. Both below & above ground level with net cement plastering at four side of the muffing incl cutting soil & mendinding good the damages . S & Drawing 1.1 KV Gr. 2 x2.5 sqmm single core stranded FR PVC insulated & unsheathed Cu. Wire(M-Approved) through arm/pole from Loop Box to Fittings as per direction of EIC.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level by ISI Medium GI pipe as to GS.

S & Laying of 1.1KV Gr Al Ar PVC/XlPE. Cable (Make- KEI/Finolex/Havells) through following process .

S & Laying of1.1KV Gr following sizes cable (Make-KEI/Finolex/Havells) through ,microtunneling with 50mm OD HD PBC (5 mm thick) 1 mtr below the ground and laying the cable through the pipe by cutting entry pocket at a depth of 1 mtr and 0.3 mtr width and refilling the gap with sand duly compacted to the satisfaction of EIC.
