Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc.complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade - One or more coats on old work.

Demolishing R.C.C work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - in cement mortar.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead - of area 3 sqm and below.

Boring , providing and installing bored cast -in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles of grade M-25 of specified diameter and length below the pile cap, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring , with bentonite solution and temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out and removal of same and the length of the pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. all complete , including removal of excavated earth with all lifts and leads (length of pile for payment shall be measured upto bottom of pile cap) - 300 mm dia piles.

Disposal of Moorum / building rubbish / similar unserviceable dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting unloading within a lead of 10km for all lifts, complete all as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing welded steel windows of standard rolled steel sections, joints mitred and welded with 15x3mm lugs, 10cm long with steel lugs embedded in cement concrete blocks 15x10x10cm of 1:3:6 (one cement, 3 coarse sand, 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) or wooden plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with fixing bolts and nuts as required, including fixing and welding of M.S. sheet of 1.20mm thick with M.S flat beading welded around the panels, welding of hinges, handles, tower bolts, hooks & eyes including the cost of applying a priming coat with ready mixed red oxide Zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture etc., complete - Windows side hung/top hung.

Providing two legged scaffolding on the exterior side, upto three storey height using best quality casuarina posts of size 8 to 10cm dia and the spacing of posts being 1m in vertical, 1.5m in horizontal including longitudinal and transverse middle bracers to support the country wood plants of 40mm thick platoform to the required width using coir and nails. The scaffolding not to be dismantled till all the finishing works are completed. The cost includes all materials lead, lift etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for the purpose of payment. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
