Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sqmm (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathedCu. Conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A F.T switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point / Fan point (For electronic regulator). Supply and run off 2 of 4 sqmm PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100 V grade with ISI mark confirming to IS:694/1990 with continious earth connection by means of 1.50 sqmm PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable confirming to IS:694/1990 in suitable PVC rigid pipe 1.8mm thick concealed in wall for mains including the cost of PVC pipes and specials, cables, cement, brass screws, T.W plugs, saddles and labour etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departemental officers.
