REPAIRING OF DISTANCE PROTECTION RELAY MAIN-I OF 132 KV HATA-FCI2 CKT-II AT 132KV SUB-STATION FCI-II under ETD-I Gorakhpur

Dismantling of Schnider Electric Micom P442 Distance Protection Relay for remove problem of relay not showing any text in display by replacement of burnt & damaged display card taking from same type other relay after cleaning of black spot/carbon on all card before this safely extracting all type of card from relay case.

Replacement of displaycard with new one to fix the display issue.The work also include providing of display card & all spare/consumableles item for repairing it and for faithful operation of distance relay. changing involve hardware and software adjustments and configuration of all signal and logic accordingly for this assigned coil in place of defective coil.

Reconfiguration of above repaired relay for secondary currents. Potentially adjusting the current transformer (CT) ratio and Updating relay settings to appropriate current range.

Testing & commissioning of above repaired relay and installed at 132 kv Hata ckt-2nd line in place of defective relay .

Excavation to trench size 300 mm x 300 mm in ground depth 600mm for 340 RMT for laying of aproachl cable inserting through duct pipe from 132 kv s/s FCI to 132 kv s/s FCI-II and refilling with ramming earth after laying of approach cable and filling of river sand around duct. All arrangement like man material,T&P provided by contractor at his own cost..

Laying & installation of aproache cable inserting through duct pipe from 132 kv s/s FCI to 132 kv s/s FCI-II in already excavated above trenches ( approach cable shall be provided by the department free of cost) including ties/clips/clates,supports,ducts,fittings accessories with termination of cable in FODP at both end and testing and associated work etc. All arrangement like man material,T&P provided by contractor at his own cost.

Splicing & testing and other associated work etc. (24 Fibre)

Providing HDPE Duct pipe 40/33 mm dia as per IS specification for laying approach cable of any reputed manufacturer make.
