EXPERT FLOORING
Providing and fixing removable raised/false access flooring with system and its components of approved make for different plenum height with possible height adjustment upto 50 mm, comprising of modular load bearing floor panels supported on G.I. rectangular stinger frame work and G.I. Pedestal etc. all complete, as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge consisting of: (a) Providing at required spacing to form modular framework, pedestals made out of GI tube of thickness minimum 2 mm and 25 mm outer diameter, fully welded on to the G.I. Base plate of size 100mm x 100mm x 3mm at the bottom of the pedestal tube, G.I. pedestal head of size 75mmx75mmx3.5 mm welded with GI fully threaded stud 16mm outer diameter with two GI Check nuts screwed on the stud for level adjustment upto 50mm, locking and stabilizing the pedestal head in position at the required level. The pedestals shall be fixed to the subfloor (base) through base plate using epoxy based adhesive of approved make or the machine screw with rawl plug. (b) Stringers system in all steel construction hot dipped galvanized of rectangular size 570x20x30x0.80mm thick having holes at both ends for securing the stringers on to the pedestal head using fully threaded screws ensuring maximum lateral stability in all directions, the grid formed by the pedestal and stringer assembly shall receive the floor panel, this system shall provide adequate solid, rigid support for access floor panel, the system shall provide a minimum clear uninterrupted clearance between the bottom of the floor for electrical conduits and wiring etc. all complete as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (c) Providing and fixing Access Floor panel of 600x600x32 mm medium grade Filled Steel anti static high pressure Lamination of 800H grade (FS800H). Access Floor panel shall be steel welded construction with an enclosed bottom pan with uniform pattern of 64 hemispherical cones. The top and bottom plates of Steel Gauges: top 0.6 mm and bottom 0.7 mm fused spot welded together (minimum 64 welds in each dome and 20 welds along each flange). The panel should be Corroresist epoxy coated for lifetime rust protection and cavity formed by the top and bottom plate is filled with Pyrogrip noncombustible Portland cementitious core mixed with lightweight foaming compound. The access floor shall be factory finished with Anti-static High Pressure laminate with Non Warp technology upto 1mm thickness for superior adhesion and Surface flatness within 0.75mm.The panel is to withstand a Concentrated Load of 363 kgs applied on area 25mm x 25mm without collapse in the centre of the panel which is placed on four steel blocks. The panel will withstand and Uniformly Distributed Load (UDL) minimum 1250 kg/sqm and an impact load of 50kg all complete as per the approved manufacturers specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. All specification must be printed on the side of the panel to ensure the quality of the product. 300 mm Finished Floor Height (FFH)
Supply of machine tuffed polypropylene Textured Carpet with Rubberised Cushion backing as per details given below. The carpet shall have minimum production yarn weight equivalent in range of Oz per square yard as mentioned below. The carpet shall have sufficient gauge with sufficient stitches 1/10 per inch. The carpet shall be made of 100% solution dyed fibre content. The carpet should carry a warranty not less than 15 years from the manufacturer and supplier of carpets. The carpet shall have the pile height ranging from 2.5 mm + / - 0.5mm and total thickness of the carpet tile shall also range from 6mm + / - 0.5mm. The carpet shall have anti-static properties as per the manufacturers specifications and as approved by the Architects. The Carpet shall also be Stain and Soil resistant as per the manufacturers specifications. Shampooing of carpet to be done before site is handed over. This also includes covering of carpet with plastic cover and taping of joints with masking tape.
Providing and laying 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut Bullberry Grey marble for vanity counters/ wash basin counters, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 8 mm thick multiwood board, with cement based high polymer modified quick set adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete, all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing wooden trap doors for access to the areas above false ceiling. The trap door shall have an external frame made of 2" x 2" Teakwood scantling on which the shutter is hinged. Shutter shall be made 12mm thick solid core flush shutter with timber edge lipping as per the detail drawings. Concealed hinges shall be used to mount the shutters and locking shall be provided with panel locks. The shutter shall be molded in level with the false ceiling forming a groove all around. Sufficient number of hinges and locks shall be provided to avoid sagging of the shutter. Key also shall be supplied. No extra rate shall be provided for suspenders or frame works all-round for linking the trap door to false ceiling, as per design approved by architects.

WALL PANELLING
Providing and fixing of wall panelling with 19 mm thick 710 BWP fire retardant plywood conforming to IS: 5509 /10701 grade internal frame work over which 12 mm thick 710 BWP fire retardant plywood is fixed on. Exposed area finishing with 12.5mm thick gypsum board with ash wooden skirting, as per design approved by Architects.
Providing and fixing of wallpaper with paper backing with 220-250 GSM. The wallpapers are printed on either low VOC, or PVC-free LEED-certified substrates- either of which are intended for a range of commericial applications. These are fixed with Bartoline or any brand approved by Architect/Engineer-In-Charge all purpose wallpaper adhesive of high quality and which is easy to mix. As per design approved by Architects.

Providing and installation of Acoustic wall panelling with 12mm pet panels of size: 1220x2440 of weight 1800 g/m2, which are 50 % recyclable material has LEED MR-4, having NRC value upto 0.8 and 15 mm Wood Fiber of size: 600x1200mm of density 410 kg/m3, with Green (VoC,RC%)-Low 10, having NRC value upto 0.9,with polyester fibre infill of 500GSM. Fixed with GI struts of Web Width 48mm, depth 48mm, 0.6mm thickness are used to form frame from ceiling to floor of CC – 600mm framing on both the planar sides from (Vertical & Horizontal). Above this framing, one side first layer will be gypsum board of 12mm thick and second layer will be 15 mm wood wool board and another side will two layer of 12 mm thick gypsum board of approved make. Wood wool boards, pet panels and gypsum boards are installed using black phosphate or nickel pated bugle head fine threaded screws horizontally or vertically as per the architecture design and infill is used to fill the gap between the frames.
