A-Electrical Works for Construction of New Sick Line at DBRG Coaching
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 3150 KVA, 3-phase, 50 Hz, outdoor type, oil immersed power transformer of ratio 33/11 kV, copper wound, BIS Energy Efficiency Level- I, vector group Dyn11, connection HV/LV: Delta/Star, with transposition of winding conductors to minimize circulating current and losses, current density not exceeding 2.4 A/sq.mm under all 001 operating conditions, with impedance (Z%) as per IS 2026 and system requirement, with 5 Nos. off- circuit tap positions (±2.5%, ±5%), complete with first filling of transformer oil as per IS 335, welded leak-proof tank with radiators, conservator tank, Buchholz relay, OTI & WTI with marshalling box, arcing horns, silica gel breather, air release plug, drain cum sampling valve, pressure relief device, HV & LV porcelain bushings, name & diagram plate, lifting lugs, earthing terminals (2 Nos.), jacking pads and all standard accessories, conforming to IS 2026 (latest) and all relevant IS standards, as per approved technical data sheet, erected, tested and commissioned complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, excavation, erection, testing and commissioning of 12-metre long GI tubular 003 pole of type SP-58, having minimum base diameter 165.1 mm, middle diameter 139.7 mm and top diameter 114.3 mm, with minimum thickness of 4.50 mm at base and middle and 3.65 mm at top, and approximate weight of 186 kg. The work includes supply of all foundation materials and erection of the pole in cement concrete foundation of mix 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size), including excavation of pit, centering and shuttering, proper alignment, concreting, curing, refilling and disposal of surplus earth, complete in all respects as per site conditions and directions of the Supervisor-in-Charge.

Supply, drawing, strengthening and stringing of ACSR conductor 6/1/3.35 mm (Rabbit) on HT overhead lines, including laying of conductor on ground, lifting and placing on 008 poles,tensioning with approved tension clamps, binding on insulators, and providing jumpers asrequired. Supply, fitting and fixing of 11 kV polymeric type pin insulator 5KN , including supply and fixing of galvanized pin, nuts, bolts, washers and all necessary hardware fittings. The insulator 010 shall be of high-quality polymer with FRP core and silicone rubber housing, suitable for outdoor overhead line application. The work includes proper mounting, alignment and binding of conductor, complete in all respects as per relevant IS/IEC standards, approved drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 kV, 3-phase GO-DO fuse unit of 400 Amps capacity, including dismantling/removal of existing GO-DO fuse wherever required and replacement with new unit. The work includes supply and fixing of MS channel cross-arm of size 100 011 x 50 x 6 mm, operating handle/operating pipe, insulators, fuse carriers, contacts, and provision of one complete set of spare bare fuse elements. The item is complete with all necessary hardware fittings, alignment, electrical connections, testing for proper operation and commissioning, complete in all respects as per relevant IS/IEC standards, approved drawings and directions of the Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply, fitting, fixing, testing and commissioning of Floor Mounted Outdoor Type LT panel board for The panel shall be metal-enclosed, free-standing compartmentalized, modular type suitable for outdoor installation. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof and the enclosure shall provide a degree of protection of not less than IP-65. The Panel shall be fabricated out of 16 SWG cold rolled steel plates & properly supported using angles & channels. The whole panel shall be mounted on a base frame made out of suitable structural, preferably ISMC Channels. Joints of any kind in sheet shall be seam welded, all welding slag grounded off and welding pitwiped smooth with plumber metal. All panels and covers shall be properly fitted and square with the frames and holes in the panel correctly positioned. The Panel shall be fully compartmentalised with front and back opening doors.. When compartment door is opened, busbar and cable alley shall be shrouded by barrier plates. All panels shall be provided with suitable cable alley and vertical bus bar alley.Each cable chamber shall have cable entry from bottom and suitable removable gland plates shall be 022 provided for this purpose. The cable chamber shall be provided with suitable supporting arrangement between the gland plate and terminals, in the middle. The cable chamber shall have a minimum width of 300 mm depending upon the outgoing cables. Each chamber shall be provided with a hinged type door opening away from the cable alley and shall be provided with black flowertype thumb screw which shall ensure tight closing. The edges of the door shall be provided with a neoprene rubber gasket to make the compartment dust proof..
