M & L for servicing of DG set of 400 KVA including replacement of all consumable parts i.e Engine oil as per the manufacturers recommendation spinion lube oil filter, Fuel filter element primary, fuel filter element secondary, primary element for KFA- 01-7221, Coolent premix in 10 Ltr cane and all other essential parts required such as fuel level indicator, lub oil pressure sensor, temperature sensor, overload sensor and all other sensors and gauges with soft touch buttons at site, incl servicing of alternator and lubricating, replacement of unsv leads required for battery, complete checking and replacing (if unsv) any other parts of DG set as and when required or as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. . Note : Necessary servicing will be carried out from authorised rep of Manufacturers.

M & L for servicing of DG set of 63.5 KVA including replacement of all consumable parts i.e Engine oil as per the manufacturers recommendation spinion lube oil filter, Fuel filter element primary, fuel filter element secondary, primary element for KFA- 01-7221, Coolent premix in 10 Ltr cane and all other essential parts required such as fuel level indicator, lub oil pressure sensor, temperature sensor, overload sensor and all other sensors and gauges with soft touch buttons at site, incl servicing of alternator and lubricating, replacement of unsv leads required for battery, complete checking and replacing (if unsv) any other parts of DG set as and when required or as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. . Note : Necessary servicing will be carried out from authorised rep of Manufacturers.

Only labour for general servicing by authorised rep of manufacturer of DG Set 160 KVA draining out engine/ lubrication oil flushing and cleaning of oil chamber and pouring new engine oil after by opening of tappet cover / top cover tappet clearance setting with injector timing adjustment reaffixing of tappet/ top cover including replacement of tappet cover packing set, bonding and leak proof solution, oil pan / chamber gasket drain nut with washer including fixing of any other defective parts to be replaced at the time of servicing all as specified. Note:- 1.All worn out parts and oil shall be measured & paid separately under respective item. 2.The quoted rate is inclusive of all required tools and plants to carry out the work.

M&L for cleaning of diesel tank of DG Set 160 KVA including replacement of worn-out pipe line and measuring scale and fixing in original position and make it leak proof with necessary clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of burnt/defective wiring system of DG Set 160 KVA and M&L for complete wiring of required size with sleeves thimbles, lugs etc for DG set complete all as specified and directed

Labour for general servicing of DG Set 50 to 82.5 KVA draining out engine/lubrication oil flushing and cleaning of oil chamber and pouring new engine oil after by opening of tappet cover/top cover tappet clearance setting with injector timing adjustment refixing of tappet/ top cover including suplly and fixing of tappet cover packing set, shellac/ bostic tube, oil pan / chamber gaskit including replacement of any other defective parts reqd to be replaced at the time of servicing all as directed. (All worn out parts and oil shall be measured & paid separately under respective item )

M&L for repairing decarburizing, manifolds exhaust system of DG Set 50 to 82.5 KVA and connected items including replacement of necessary nuts bolts washers bolts washer etc with necessary masonry work reqd for above complete all as specified and directed

M&L for repairing, cleaning/ servicing of radiator assembly of DG Set 50 to 82.5 KVA including descaling of tubes with cleaning agent and compressed air pressure including repairing of radiator core tubes by brazing, soldering, transportation to workshop and back and re fixing after testing complete and making it leak proof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for calibration of fuel pump and injector assembly of DG Set 50 to 82.5 KVA at authorized workshop including replacement of governor barrel and plunger delivering valve, rack and piniion control assembly, shaft, gear pump packing kit set etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing, repairing, maintenance of alternator assembly of DG Set 50 to 82.5 KVA by disconnecting alternator from DG set by disconnecting earth strip and LT cable connections and dismantling of the alternator assembly for the replacement of worn out carbon bush holder, with carbon bush, mospeds, rectifiers and refixing the same in original position complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M/L for general servicing of DG Set 20/25 KVA draining out engine/lubrication oil flushing and cleaning of oil chamber and pouring new engine oil after by opening of tappet cover/top cover tappet clearance setting with injector timing adjustment refixing of tappet/top cover including replacement of tappet cover packing set, shellac/bostic tube including replacement of any other defective parts reqd to be replaced at the time of servicing including replacement of oil pan / chamber gasket all as directed. (All worn out parts and oil shall be measured & paid separately under respective item )

Supply and installation of Chemical earthing electrode 3.0 mtr length, galvanised outer dia88mm and inner dia 48mm and thecavity between the rod pipes filled with ground resistance improment powder, sealed with both endthe outer pipe of electrode should be Zink coated, the electrode should buried directly in groundby making boring of diameter 10" with boaring machine highly connected with GI strip 25x3mm of 2 to 3 mtr length to facilitet further connection to earth dolly and provision of earthing chamber in bricks wall size 45x45x15 cm and having PCC cover of required size complete all as directed and all as per IS 3034(1981)
