Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level.) & removing unserviceable materials in low laying area, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforcement cement concrete of any description from any position removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry, built in cement mortar and precast concrete articles and removal all rubbish off the premises complete all as specified directed.

M&L formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work, not exc 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified directed.

M&L plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified as directed.

M&L plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement Note : Forming fair finished channel for drain using extra cement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for precast PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in wall, basement walls, ballast walls any thickness but landings, cover slabs (for man holes, drains etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including placing in position and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (1:5:10), type A1 (nominal mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilaster and buttresses complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Reinforcement & formwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel inner girth exceeding 20cm but not exceeding 40cm in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified & as directed.

Materials and labour for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 15mm thick rendering with cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work/concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in plinth protection, sub base etc finishing cement concrete surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes, drains etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including placing in position and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends, and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality Fe-500 conforming to IS -1786-1985 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Framed work of mild steel as in as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe-290-0 or Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.
