8126/SAR-T-32/2026-27 REPAIR/ MAINT OF DG SETS AT AF STN SARSAWA UNDER GE (AF) SARSAWA

Receiving Electrical & Mechanical complaints related to DG sets installed at AFS, Sarsawa allied units from complaints section/ JE E&M/ Engineer-in-Charge in written or by telephoically & attending the same within 2 hrs. This item is inclusive of all preliminary work like opening of connectios, checking for supply, transportation of necessary tools and labour, assessing the nature of complaints, rectifying minor issues, removing air lock (if any), reconnecting the DG set back for proper functioning. Part shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of schedule. Note: Non compliance of attending breakdown & complaints within 2 hours after notification of the complaint will attract penalty @ Rs.1000/- per complaint/day shall be recovered from contractor's payment for each complaint so notified. contractor shall deploy sufficient resources along with personnel safety equipments to keep all the DG sets functional complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only on load change over switch in replacement cap 63 Amps 415 Volts with SHEET ENCLOSER complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only on load change over switch in replacement cap 125 Amps 415 Volts with SHEET ENCLODER complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only on load change over switch in replacement cap 200Amps 415 Volts with SHEET ENCLOSER complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , install , testing ,and commissioning in replacement of AMF Panel CPR Approved of rating 200 KVA for the DG Set. The AMF panel shall be totally enclosed, dust, damp and vermin proof cubicle type free standing floor mounted type made out of 1.6mm/2.0mm thick CRCA sheet for the panel located inside the acoustic enclosure. If the AMF panel has to be located outside the acoustic enclosure, the outer shell of the panel should be made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet and provided with a canopy and the degree of protection shall be IP 54 The AMF Panel should be equipped with the following control gear and componerts :- (a)Power contactor-4 pole of current rating 400 Amp with thermal overload relay-02 Nos ( for alternator and mains). (b)MCB of suitable current rating for short circuit protection (c) Microprocessor based AMF module incorporating function:- - Supply failure timer -Restoration timer-3 Impulse automatic engine start/ stop logic- Mains / generator voltage & frequency sensing (d) Aluminium bus bars of capacity 100 amp with incoming/ outgoing terminals. (e) Instrument fuses duly wired and ferruled. (f) MCCB of rating 400 amp , 4 pole with overload and short circuit protection -02 nos (for alternator & mains). (g) Current transformers of suitable rating. (h) Microprocessor based generator set monitoring and control system with LCD display integrated with all features , function and protection of engine and alternator provided with separated LED indication lamp for each.

Disconnecting and taking down old unserviceable self starter, 12 Volt DC and dismantling complete for repair, servicing, cleaning, varnishing, oiling, reassembling & testing including replacement of the Following parts:- (a) Armature – 01 No (b) Solenoid switch – 01 No. (c) Field coils – 02 No. (d) Commutator – 01 No. (e) Carbon brush – 02 Nos. (f) Bendex assembly – 01 No (g) Tension sleeve – 01 No. (h) Gear assembly – 01 No.

All as per Item No 7.00 here-in-above but for 24 Volts DC capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only in replacement of Governor assembly for DG Set capacity 100 KVA to 200 KVA as per existing Make complete all as specified and directed.
