Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m in sand, silt or other loose soil wet sand or silt not under water light block cotton soil sandy loan and ordinary soil including excavated earth SS-20B.

Providing PCC 1:2:4cement concrete using OP/PP cement with 20mm size machine crushed HBG metal including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Dismantling the damaged flyon corrugated sheets including cost of rafters which will be collected from scrap including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, safety measures, etc. complete.

Providing new Asbestos Corrugated sheets 6mm thick including cost of rafters which will be collected from scrap including cost of all materials, bolts and nuts, labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Plastering with C.M 1:5, 20 mm thick for inner surfaces including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, scaffolding, curing, etc. complete.

Providing centering and shuttering arrangements for supporting the reinforced cement concrete surfaces rate including cost of all labour, lead, lift, tools etc., complete.

Providing RCC 1:1.5:3 using OP/PP cement with 12mm to 20mm machine crushed HBG metal including cost of all materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete - excluding cost of reinforcement and form work.

Supplying & providing RTS/MS rod including cutting, bending, tying & fixing in position as per specification including binding wires, cost of all other materials, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed enamel paint for the old steel surface including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, thorough cleaning of surface, labours, lead, lift, curing, etc. complete.

Dismantling the existing wornout / corroded /damaged angle, channel & beam carefully without damaging the other existing steel structure as directed cutting to suitable size for easy transportation stacking & devoluting to stores. rate including for hire charges for cutting set, cost of oxygen and acetylene gases including devolution of stores with all labour, lead, lift, safety appliances, transporting etc., complete.

Labour charges for repairing the damaged MS angle and channels including cost of fabrication and erection charges, cutting and welding charges, cost of oxy acytelene gas and welding rods etc., complete. (Structural steel will be supplied by department at free of cost)

Providing and laying with two-part elastomeric fuel resistance, UV resistant, Non-toxic once cured, resistant to flame, pouring grade liquid polysulphide sealant to fill the expansion joint, Control joints in parking area, construction joint in airport runway, Tanks, bridges & concrete roads. The sealant shall have Elongation min. 450% confirms to ASTM D 412, movement accommodation for butt joint 25% & for lap joints 50%. The sealant should meet the requirement of BS 5212, BS 4254 & ISO:11600. Ensure that apply a coat of polysulphide sealant primer @0.5L/m2 to get better adhesion on prepared surface before placing the sealant. The finished cost including surface preparation, filling foam backer rod, applying masking tape on both sides of the joint & polysulphide sealant filling on gap completely as per specification
