Comprehensive,Operation & maintenance of the various capacity STP Performing on Phytorid technology by desludging of sedimantation tank by using sludge extruder pump/super sucker machine at least once in 6 months including disposal of sludge for all leads inlcuding comprenhansive maintenance of all motors & pumps and panel etc. so that plant remain operation all times and ACF & PSF unit including breaking of sludge clogs in phytorid bed by using motor jets and harvesting of plants if it reached the height more than 1.5 m etc complete to achieve BOD 10, PH-6.5 to 8.3, TSS-10, ECOLI-10000, cfu /ml, COD- as arising when other parameters are satisfied as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. ( for seven years : 1X7=7 year) including replacement of defective parts, cleaning of filter media and area around STP plant
Deploying 1 Nos Skilled plant operator for daily operation of the STP plant Complete as per entire Satisfaction & direciton of Enginer in charge
Supply and installtion of Electromagnetic Flow meter of power supply;80-300V AC/DC,PTFE liner material,Hestloy C Electrode material, ANSI 150 Flange standard,flow rate range 1.4-84 m^3/hr,output Signal 4-20 mA DC,operating Pressure 10kg/cm^2 with accuracy range of (+/-) 0.5% of measured Value & of Aquamet, Peltek/lota/flowstar make etc complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
